I can't begin to tell you how wonderful Aaron's was for renting furniture for my parents moving to Oregon. I had never rented furniture before and needed to rent furniture for my parents moving to Oregon. Hugo and Jacob were amazing to work with. The process was easy and they were flexible with delivery and pickup. I felt they were very honest and truly looked for the best deal for my parents. I wholeheartedly recommend Aaron's in Hillsboro for renting furniture. We rented bed, chairs and t.v.

My family and I have gone there to get a couch and love seat but everytime you pull in the back to park there are lots of people hanging out in the back there and try to sell you drugs! They have a lot of people just hanging out by their dumpsters too. I will not be bringing my kids anywhere near this store. They have a new management sign out front...was that to say they were going to fix this issue? 3 tries and we are done. I stopped to take photo evidence of the poor care they take of the outside of the building as well. Aaron's are you listening????

The customer service for this location has always been great and never had any rude experience. When shopping in store there is always great selections and even some clearance items that were previously lease but still in great condition. We have been getting our furniture from this location the last 5 years. Our bed, TV and sofas. Still happy to this day. Thanks Aaron’s for having fair prices although could be a bit cheaper but still good especially when paid within the cash period.

Went in to buy a couch and paid the deposit to have it delivered. I was told it would be delivered in a couple of days after a week of no calls I went in and they told me they had no deliveries scheduled and the manager acted like he didn't know anything and he was the one that took the deposit and and arranged all the paperwork but said he would deliver the couch set the next day. A couple hours later he calls me and tells me there is a tear in the couch and wants to make sure I still want it. I told him no and canceled my order. Now here it is 29 days later March 11 and still haven't received my refund and received a text message saying there going to pull another payment out on the 24th of this month

They've a lot of selection. Great prices. They helped us quickly, and delivered promptly. So far I'm very happy with they're service. Jason helped set up everything in the store, and Ulysses delivered. Thankful for both employees. The deliver Ulysses was so sociable and considerate. Great job!

The manager at this location is a evil person. Highly unprofessional. Very unfriendly staff. At least towards me. Probably because I am the only black face you see in Hillsboro. It's a very unfriendly environment and I can't wait until I am able to get away from this area!!!! I will never rent anything from here again. They care about money and not their customers!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a loyal customer of tgis location for 12 years. It is only recently (this year) that I have had some frustration with them. There is one sectional couch that I want that they can't seem to get for me no matter what. I don't want to pay a lot of money for couches I don't like and am not happy with. I called again today as instructed and asked to have them order the couch for me. I was told they would call me back. I hope that this is the end of my waiting to get the product I have been trying to get for 6 months. Other than that I have always had a great experience with the staff and their customer service. Jackie and Gean are very friendly and treat you like family.

The new manager at this location is very rude and lacks customer service skills. My dryer stopped working , I called in for a service order, and it took 2 days for me to chase down jackie who is the person to speak with for this. She said they no longer send service repair to my area, so she would trade me for the same model I have, so my husband brings in my dryer and brings home the other one. The new one is not the same, and needs new tumblers and is filthy! So, I want my old dryer back! I'll fix it myself. My husband will be returning it tomoorow . I've been dealing with this store for 5 yrs. No more! Since this new manager has taken over, the service is deplorable! You can call the pymnts done!
