We selected this shop because it was the closest on the insurance agency list, and I’m so glad it was! Auto accidents and the process after can be difficult, but the team at Caliber made it easy and smooth. They were friendly and supportive at intake, sent helpful texts and estimates along the way, and when the car was totaled, they made the final steps oh so simple. I hope to never need them again, but if I’m ever in another accident, I will choose them.

A very impressive experience. The repair was done very well and also very quickly. Every thing was explained in detail on my first visit and there were options for me that were explained and my choices were taken down in writing. I was attended to quickly and very courteously. The price was a little less than expected. Should the need arise (I hope not) I will absolutely use Caliber again.

Excellent customer service and communication, especially from service advisor Darrell Beaudoin. They not only did repairs covered by insurance but also fixed extensive old damage not covered by insurance at my request. Everything they did looks great! And they got it done sooner than estimated.

Quoted repair time was on point. They repaired my rear bumper to factory spec. Inside and out of my car was cleaned and better than when it was sent in. Very professional and helpful, I highly recommend their expertise!

I brought my 2025 car in for an estimate on repairs to my front bumper panel that was slightly popped out and scratched from flying freeway debris.
Darrell looked at everything, popped the panel back in and buffed out the scratches within 15 minutes.
He was polite, friendly and very helpful. And best of all, Darrell saved me from filing a claim with my insurance.

I recently brought my car to Caliber Collision after hitting a pothole that caused significant damage to the bumper and undercarriage. From start to finish, the team at Caliber was professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. They handled everything directly with my insurance company, which made the process so much smoother for me. I suffered vandalism to my vehicle and worked with my insurance company to start a claim. They recommended this shop. I spoke with the shop and my insurance, making it clear I was traveling and would not be back for a few weeks. Rocky from caliber collision starts calling daily, asking for the truck. She finally left a voicemail stating if it’s not there by noon tomorrow, she will cancel the work order. I don’t know who made her auto body god, but to speak to a grown adult with such disdain is abhorrent.

I went through USAA my insurance for this place and waited for 2 parts to come in that were on back order. My car was brought in October 2024 and after the minor work done…. I got my car back December 24th 2024 2 months of it being worked on. I was told that my right fog light cover was ordered as it was not properly fit back in well fast forward that has fallen off months ago and my front grille was on back order still never heard back from them about it no updates. The Mylar is peeling that was a piss poor job from a third party. My entire front fender looks off and paint is peeling on that I just noticed. My driver headlight the entire unit doesn’t look like it was replaced because in the fog it was showing the light beam shining off to the right and not straight. My driver window squeaks so they messed up the door panel while working on my mirror. I contacted the front office about this on April 29th and when will the back order parts come in ? I’m not driving my car in if the parts aren’t there and waste my time. I never got a response from the email…. It’s been 9 months with no contact or updates or a response on the parts. I honestly think parts were ordered to make money off of my insurance and they just buffed some things off and called it good. The dealership did a better job with the Mylar. I contacted USAA and reported this and filed a complaint which they were not happy with and sounds like other veterans have filed complaints regarding this business it doesn’t sound like USAA will be renewing a contract with this business again.
