Hands down the only shop I will let touch my truck, I've been using this shop for 4 years now and won't go anywhere else, he is straight forward and won't give you bad advice on your options and charges a very fair rate for what he does. I've sent a lot of business his way and I always get great feed back from friends and family that I've sent there.

I have recently relocated to Hillsboro for job. My MB ML 250 Bluetech oil change was past due. It was difficult to find a reliable shop to change diesel engine oil. Kyle arranged one hour time slot for this oil change just before Thanksgiving. Appreciate his customer focus support in this family time. So Chris and Kyle provided MB ML250 Bluetech oil change and several point check services in an hour. WOW!!! In addition, thanks for allowing me to watch Kyle and Chis performance. Usually, dealer shop takes half day/a day to complete oil change so ridiculous!!! (9am drop off-5pm pick up). Now I guess MB dealer shops intentionally extend their service time to charge more $$$.These are several areas I am very satisfied with Accelerated Automotive LLC's services.1. Knowledge transfer: 5 stars (good to know about my car)2. Quality of technical service: 5 stars (I can't complain about their service.)3. Diagnostic and suggestion: 5 stars (taking care like his family)4. Communication style to customers: 5 stars (respect and honest like w/ good friendship relation) 5. Cost: 5 stars (no reason go back to dealer shop spending muliple X $) I hope this review helps others like me.

I have been bringing my Subaru to Chris since 2018 when I bought it new. Then later his son Kyle joined him. They are the nicest friendliest people I have met in the mechanic business! Always take the time to chat with you. ... do an excellent job taking care of my car! Will never go anywhere else. Quality at building personal relationships! If there were room for more stars I would fill them all in! Thank you Chris & Kyle!

Chris and Kyle are the best. They are professional and courteous to my whole family. I tell anyone in the Hillsboro area to bring their vehicles to Chris. He communicates well and is always fair. They've done numerous services: new vehicle inspection, oil changes, suspension, a/c service. We've never been disappointed.

Excellent service! Chris was very honest, straightforward, and gave great explanations of everything that was going on. At no point did I feel talked down to, or scammed, or ripped off in any way. I felt like every dollar he charged was worth spending. I highly recommend this shop!

Time for an overall brake service for my trusty old beater 01 Camry. Had it quoted through Les Schwab and it came out to about twice the price Chris charged me for. New pads, new rotors, flushed the brake fluid and worked on my e- brakes too. Thank you guys for a job well done. I just had my timing belt service done too and now my car is good for another 100,000 miles. We'll be back soon for some more minor under the hood jobs were before I was thinking of doing myself but after being referred to them. No need to get my hand dirty anymore. Hands down the best shop I have been to.
