When you call you get a call center that can not resolve errors that Rivermark made and no one called us back!!! Worst service ever. Do not use!!! Beware

Due to how terrible Rivermark is, I will be closing all my accounts & taking my business elsewhere. Ever since Rivermark took over Advantis, I have had nothing but problems. Their mobile banking is a disaster & they have also made fraudulent unauthorized withdrawals from my account, which I disputed & spoke to several supervisors who swore the charges would be refunded. They have not been refunded & continue to provide me with false information. Their customer service is less than sub par & they have no idea what they’re doing. I will be informing everyone I know to stay far away from this place, I hear Unitus is way better anyways.

I am a former Advantis member, I have not had good customer service since the merger. Everything needs to be sent to a different department and I can expect a call back in one business day. When we were Advantis, customer service could almost always help with my issue when I called in.

Horrible. Repeatedly making mistakes in my checking account. 3 times, 3 different transactions ...doubled debit, then putting it back in, then taking them out again. No notice to me. All their errors. Due to their repeated mistakes, I can't even buy groceries for my family this week. Went into branch, they said they couldn't do anything. Escalated it to district manager named Marshal who cared even less. They are messing with people's lives and money. No notice, no making it right. Just a should er shrug. I'm closing all my accounts and refinancing my car loan away from them this week. If you want control of your money, stay away. Beware. They are a mess and don't care you at all. Go so place who cares about people.

As a Rivermark member for all most two decades I expect better service. My husband and I met with an agent today in order to open a joint account and open a second checking account. After being talked over we were told today that this location can't print new debit cards for Rivermark members. Total waste of time.

All those that voted for the merger, how are you liking it now, can't get into accounts, cant talk to anyone. It was suppose to be back up at 9am after all weekend with no access and now still no access, and no one to talk too. The only thing posted on line is be patient, too much traffic, what did you expect?

We just closed an investment home working with Ruby Manihani. By far the smoothest loan process ever was with Advantis or in other words with Ruby. From the get go, she was very prompt and diligent in screening us for paper works and once that phase was over and our eligibility was determined, there was no looking back. She was super quick and prompt in getting our pre - approval for our bid offers (even on weekends and late evenings)and this really helped us getting our offers quicker and to our advantage. Not just that, she was very kind and responsive to all my questions back and forth throughout the journey like a friend, I could just pick up the call and talk to her. My own agent was very impressed working with her as we had a time crunch to finish the closing in 21 days, she said she can do it and she did it. The whole process was breezy and infact we did not get any surprises on loan rates, or any hidden clauses ever , it was very transparent, as promised and worked to our fullest advantage. I would love to go back to her for our future investment homes.

Working with loan officer Ruby Manihani is super easy, fun and always puts customer first. From my initial consultation to the final closing she was responsive, energetic and make sure that all questions are answered with a smile and in the process she also saved couple of unnecessary costs I was pleased that she goes above and beyond and talk to her leadership in getting the competitive interest rate.I highly recommend Ruby to anyone looking for a mortgage loan and Thank you for your outstanding service!

Ruby and her team supported us (Brett and Gigi) throughout the purchase of our first home. They made it a very smooth process, and answered any and all questions along the way. To say that I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Advantis Member Advisor Molly M. would be an understatement. After trying to access my IRA accounts with no success, I called Advantis customer service and was privileged to talk to Molly M. She was kind and respectful and let me rant a bit as she methodically worked on resolving my problem. Bottom line is that the problem (which was a strange one involving IRA accounts with the same email address) was resolved due to Molly's tenacious attitude to find the answer. What a gem!

I love working with Advantis. I have two loans with them and I have never had any issues. Everyone is always very helpful. There isn't anything hidden and you know what to expect.This last time, I had the pleasure of working with Sam. He was very nice and helpful. I felt comfortable asking questions and got clear answers. I would recommend working with him to anyone!
