I had asked these people to please sign me up for the Eyecare club. Last time I was in, they did not. Therefore, instead of my exam being covered, it is $180. Thank you so much I really appreciate it. Talked to her about it in person she does not care.You are a silly delusional little girl if you think we'll be using your location EVER AGIN. Lost business because of your ugly attitude (laughing too). Nice job. Given you kept your mouth shut when I complained in person- I COULDN'T care LESS what you or your silly team have to say.

Horrible customer service. I drove for over an hour to my appointment just to be turned away for being late, when they were still open two more hours. I was there to hear them call my name to come back, but the two minutes it would take for me to fill out their paperwork was too long for them to wait. They don't care if about people, so I wouldn't recommend trusting them with your eyesight.

They repaired and fixed my glasses even though I've never been here before. They were really nice about everything, and they were done I'm 6 minutes! Really wonderful staff and pleasant to work with

I got off work an hour early coming from another city and hit a bad batch of traffic. I called asking if I needed to reschedule and they said I had a 10 minute window. I got there exactly within 10 minutes but the receptionist needed to finish her conversation before greeting me. She said since it was one minute after the window my appointment was canceled. One minute. One single minute. Maybe greet customers when they walk in instead of chatting so they don't waste an entire trip? I came all this way and was turned away. I'll go elsewhere next time.

I went into America's best contacts and Eyeglasses, To get there 2 pairs of eyeglasses for $80. Whith the $80 deal you get a free Eye exam and right away after the exam you choose the 2 pairs of glasses you want no insurance needed you just pay the $80 and that's that. Employees there are friendly and very professional. It takes about 2 weeks for you to receive your new glasses.

Haven't gotten my glasses yet but had my exam and picked out new frames today. I have horrible anxiety when dealing with anything medical and I was so impressed with my experience with America's Best. Dr. Torres is amazing as well as all the staff we interacted with. Very fast, efficient, and a very chill and welcoming vibe that I really appreciated. Scheduling was a breeze online, and even without insurance it was about $260 for the exam, new rx for lenses, and I can't wait to get my new pairs of eyeglasses and (A FIRST FOR ME), rx sunglasses! Strongly recommend anyone needing glasses or contacts to consider America's Best!

Truly have no idea how they have any reviews but five-star reviews. I came in here with glasses that I actually did not get from this location and they were broken, they fixed my glasses in 5 minutes free of charge. Wonderful service every time that I have come here for any issues or to get new glasses. And they are one of the only places that get my trifocal prescription right.

I have told 3 different things by 3 different people. First, was told my glasses had shipped out August 8th, then told they were shipped out on the 10th..today I was told they were just shipped out today!!! Asked to speak a manager after nobody there could answer why I have been told 3 different things..was refused my request. Doesn’t seem as ANYBODY that works there knows anything. When I originally went in they didn’t know if they accepted my insurance, told her I had already called and verified that they did. She had no clue on how to look up insurance. Two other employees just sat there talking amongst themselves. Customer service at corporate will be getting a call. Do not recommend this location on TV HWY!!!

As always America's Best has amazing customer service. We have been coming here for years and always get the best service and prices. The last 2 pairs of glasses we got ended up breaking and thankfully with their policy we got to exchange them for free. Allie had us in and out in less than five minutes. Thank you to the entire staff for always making our experiences quick and efficient!

Dr. Torres was great and thorough despite it being busy on a Saturday. And all of the opticians were super friendly and attentive to my needs. Definitely would recommend this specific store over others:)

Came in to this location 45 minutes before closing trying to order glasses I had the frames picked out they told me they won't ring me up because I didn't have an appointment this place has gone down hill i have been comeing here for years and the new employees are rude and not very professional 3 of the blue shirts where sitting at computers with no customers

I prefer wearing glasses to contacts, so I like to have a few stylish pairs on hand. I've been really happy with the glasses I've gotten here for the price I pad. There are some good options, even though its a discount place.
