I like the touch free car wash but the vacuum is horrible. I did the turbo, it lasted 3 minutes and barely picked up anything. Poor suction and not worth the money

Do not go to this establishment. I needed gas this morning, so I stopped by and used my debit card to get $20 worth of gas. I checked my bank account immediately after and was angered when I saw a withdrawal of $175. Luckily for me, I always get me receipts. I immediately went into the store and spoke to an employee who was not helpful in any way. When asked to speak to their supervisor, I was told they did not know when they'd be in and refused to contact them at my request. I was further told this happens often at this location. I asked what they were going to do about this, given it has happened multiple times. All I got was the employee shrugging their shoulders. Thankfully, my bank has already begun the process to remedy the stations' engregus mistake. Rest assured, I will never frequent this establishment ever again.

Really wish I could give a 0 star after seeing the staff that you have. The young lady with glasses shouldn’t be working ever. The staff was rude and accused of sexual harassment to the police. Your staff should know what I’m talking about.

Super busy place and public restroom is there. But weekends long line to cash register line and restroom lines. Crews are pretty kind. So many selection foods and drinks.

The woman at the counter made me feel very uncomfortable by how she looked at me in what I perceived as disgust.I walked 20 minutes on a hot day without a shirt on to pick up some drinks. Like I’ve done tons of times before.I got the drinks, came to the counter, and the woman scolded me for not having a shirt on and refused to sell me the drinks. Not even a warning. Just looking at me like I took a dump in front of her and she just didn’t want to even deal with me.There is no “No shirt, No shoes, No service.” Sign outside after I double checked and brought up to her. There was zero empathy that there was a 20 minute walk involved.The night staff is cool, and this Sunday afternoon staff woman… very much less so.

Tried to pay apple pay for gas and cashier was super rude and short with my friend. She seemed mad that we didn’t understand something that she was explaining when it was really confusing. We wanted to fill up full on regular and she immediately charged us for 100$ and when we said it was too much and only wanted 60$ she seemed mad and re did the charge, then was mad that we wanted to make sure the 100$ didn’t go through. Anyways I was uncomfortable as she slammed her hands on the table when my friend calmly asked for clarification.

I came into this store for quick stop for coffee and the person working REFUSE to make me coffee. I asked her once politely and she said no. I asked if there was any hot foods she could cook and she said she doesn’t get paid for those kind of services… what kind of person who works for this company doesn’t want to to make fresh coffee!!! She’s still there sitting there not doing anything! Ampm YOU NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE BETTER THAN THIS! Corporate needs to hear what kind of person you hire. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER

Avoid this place late night, if you want coffee. They do not have any. They offer only cappuccino. They do not have any sugar free cappuccino options either. Bottom line, if you are a night security officer with diabetes looking for some hot caffeine to push through the night, you are out of luck here. They do offer sugar free options on the fountain however. The baked goods, at 0100, are stocked and fresh. A couple months ago, there was a different night clerk. He said they had no coffee made, but if I knew what kind I wanted, he would make some. To me this is GOOD customer service. So, my advice to you, if you have the time, is to turn on West Union rd. Make A right on 185th, turn left at the fire station. The 7-11 there will brew coffee just for you, all you have to do is ask. If you want baked goods and a cold drink, than this AmPm will do very nicely. But if you just want coffee, you will need to go elsewhere.
