Had a great experience at ATT and our local ATT store, on 185th in Beaverton. Great staff, very knowledgeable! ATT is highly recommended. We left Tmobile after 23 years with them; reception was always poor, and Tmobile is over priced. ATT great deals, and many appreciation programs - like for teachers, and veterans.

Ask for Terrel.I spent hours on the phone, and went to two other stores, when all I really had to do was give this guy my phone for 5 minutes and all my problems were solved. He immediately knew what the problem was and how to fix it. So much stress just gone and it’s just his Tuesday.Thanks again, Terrel.

Awesome customer service from Sebastian! In less than 15 minutes I was able to upgrade and get a new phone delivered to my door step! 5/5 stars. I will 100% recommend everyone to come to this location! Thank you for all you do AT&T

Was ordered the wrong phone today by a rep and now cannot order a new phone bc the SIM card for that # is en route. He had me sign the agreement in his iPad and when I asked to read the agreement he told me, "oh you'll get an email." Two trips to the store plus another one to return the phone when it finally comes in. It should be noted: the phone I wanted would only increase my bill $6/month. The phone the rep ordered would increase it $23/a month. My gut is telling me it wasn't an accident and he was hoping that I wouldn't notice. The crazy thing is, he didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Meanwhile, the other sales rep was bouncing a ball noisily the entire time. This store is about as unprofessional as they come.

Eric, the person who helped me, was patient and helped explain everything to me in a really easy way to understand, he helped me change my plan over and still keep my old number with no hassle whatsoever as well as assisting me with a new screen protector for my phone. He was quick, concise, all in all just incredible customer service

I had the best customer service EVER at this location. I don’t like change and tech stuff unravels me, so I put off getting a new phone for years. On my first visit, Sebastian patiently and expertly answered my million questions about the transition process and outlined some general options. He also helped me get a better service plan and apply a teacher discount! When I returned to make my decision and purchase, Sebastian and Tirrell together provided all the detailed info about different phones in a way that wasn’t overwhelming. When my phone was delivered, Caleb expedited the transfer process for me, applied the screen protector, etc. And when I returned to the store for the FOURTH time because of my “new phone anxiety”, Sebastian again kindly, patiently walked me through several processes. This team approaches customer care with excellence and authenticity! Thank you for all the time you invested in me. You truly went above and beyond.

Ok so I went into the store for a more complex issue, as I never have time to make long phone calls. I had a terrible experience the other day with another employee, but Sebastian took care of my needs and really went to bat for me. I was very pleased with the service I received and will definitely recommend this location to get help from Sebastian. He went above and beyond for me to get my service turned back on after a series of unfortunate events for me. I greatly appreciate the help I received and would 10/10 come back, but only to be helped by him! Thank you Sebastian! ❤️

Absolutely the worst! Store manager is a walking salesman and doesn't follow through. I had to go back into the store several times and he still didn't do his job. No ownership in his failure and kept telling me I was suppose to follow up with him if he didn't do what he said he was going to do!! Then when I told him I was going to file a complaint he had me trespass from a store!! Then magically he applied all the credits to my account as I was leaving the store. Avoid this store.

Sebastian was amazing. Not only was he a one man band handling a ton of customers by himself, he actually stayed well after closing to make sure my data transfer completed without a hiccup. Manager, if you are reading this, give this man a raise. Thanks again Sebastian!@Manager - ditch your canned response to customer reviews and actually respond like a human :)

Had a great experience at this store because of Sebastian. I came in a month ago to request help with a pretty significant issue - I was being charged $1000 for a phone I had returned within the return time frame 1.5 years ago. Sebastian helped me open a case, and I thought the issue was solved. Fast forward to today, and it looked like I didn’t receive the credit I was waiting for. Sebastian once again came through and spent 2 hours helping me resolve the problem. I finally got my $1000 credit! Thanks for all your help Sebastian!
