The Women there are extremely rude and have zero personality. They should not be working with the public. They provide horrible customer service and don't seem to care if you like it or not. Makes the districts managers and owners look even worse when they do zero to correct the problem. Where's good customer service these days?

Everytime I goto this location the ATM outside is down. Staff inside is great, but makes for a real inconvenience when you have to wait in line to simply make a deposit.

When my credit union refused to take my deposit from a settlement, Banner Bank was happy to open my account. They helped me choose the best account options for my needs and have been right there helping me rebuild my life after being widowed. Yay Banner Bank!!

I worked for Banner Bank for 6 years and even after moving on to other career industries they still treat me like family. I’ve had amazing customer service experience.I understand people’s frustration with bank policies and deposit availability questions and overdraft fees, late payment fees etc.I encourage everyone to get more educated on how their bank accounts work and have a meeting with their banker or bank manager on how things function.Cash deposits always available right away.Out of the ordinary check deposits (larger than usual) will get put on hold so they ensure you collect the money.Payday loans checks etc will always be put on hold so please don’t expect to have them cash it out when your bank balance is lower than the check.If you desperately need cash for the check go to the bank that is drawn from you may pay a small fee but it’s better than not having the money at all.Overall Banner Bank has given us great service.

They're pretty good IMO. They have some things to work on with respect to customer service, but don't all banks? I think they try and that what counts in my book.

I thought about opening a "Go Fund Me" page. for the female teller there today, so she could buy herself a personality. No greeting, no offer of additional assistance, no thank you. Just should not be dealing with.people. I was in a good mood (when I got there)
