I bought a pair of hiking boots. When I tied them on the next morning, one of the shoe strings broke off in my hand. I took them back, and they replaced the boots just of the shoe string. I will continue shopping there.

I really appreciated one of the workers. I wish I had asked for his name. We came to look around and I mentioned buying a snowboard from them years ago and he eagerly was responsive and really made me happy with the fact he cared enough to engage about an item you all don't sell anymore. He was great and I appreciated his customer service.

Wasn't very impressed with this store for it being a ""sporting goods"" they had the smallest of small fishing Section it was a disappointment more than likely will not be going back there

I swear, EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to come in this store, I cringe. There are about 3-4 guys that work here...... AND I CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHY. They do not greet you, no matter your question... They don't know. They just kinda stand there, blinking, staring.... Like is anyone home? Do yourself a favor and go to s different one. Smh
