Brought my car back to Chevy after trying to save money going with another macanic who unfortunately caused more damage than doing good.
My car had a major oil leak and caused a huge mess. Chevy was able to get it all cleaned up and find that a lot of the repairs I went to the other guy to repair was done incorrectly.
Chevy got everything fixed right. Appreciate all the hard work, and I am thankful to them for getting my car back on the road

This time was great. Other times, it was a little different due to a different customer service staff.
I have to give credit to the service staff this time, as well as the video and details about the service of my truck. It was awesome.

I was in and out the same day. The staff was great. I do all my own work but this time it was a little more than I could handle. First time ever taking any vehicle I've ever owned into a shop. Very happy with the experience. Wallet definitely took a hit but I'm happy it was done in one day. The fault code was P0700 , P0711 . Trans wire harness 2019 Chevy Silverado

Great people, friendly and professional. They truly care about customers' needs, my friends were right!They did everything they could to find the best fit for me. A special shout out to the sales manager, Richard, who was really patient with me and provided excellent customer service!Totally recommend the dealership, both for the great inventory and the people working there!

I bought a car from Tonkin Chevrolet they did a oil change on car before I bought it . They didn't do the oil change right it leaked for awhile before it finally overflowed the oil pan there was oil all up and down the bottom of the car. It was down to 1 quart. . I took it to a Toyota dealer since it was a Toyota the mechanic was shocked to see what a mess my car was he told me to take pics and make them take care of issue. I will never go to this dealership again. There customer service was so unprofessional they said they would fix problems and power wash under car they did not clean or power wash.

Logan was super helpful and accommodating. The technicians are super skilled and derailed oriented. They sent me a video of the repairs needed and explained what they were and how it happened. Very timely. All around good service.

This place is the worst. Basically, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a dealership. I highly recommend that you do not come to this place. I was sorely mistaken and trusting Ruth and RJ when it came to purchasing a car. They sold me a car that was $4000 over bluebook value once I open the hood The washer cap was cracked all the fluids were extremely low they said they would fill up the gas tank and service the car and it was not serviced. Not only that I called two times and they have not returned my phone call in order to maybe get a service and get the fluid cap fixed. We were in a desperate situation and needed a car and they totally took advantage of us. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else

I hate writing bad reviews but I want the public not to buy cars from this dealer. 3 months ago I went to this place to buy a truck for my business MARIA MARCIEL was the sella person. We went to see the truck like 2 Maria assure that the car was in perfect conditions " she shows us the car fax " she guaranteed that the car she was selling was good. I went to the bank to get the check so I can pay Maria the truck. Second day I drove the truck to wok the check engine light came on my way. I called them they said bring the truck, to them 2 weeks to find the problem supposedly it was the pedal sensor. We got the truck back on the second day same thing happened i took the truck back and until this day I haven't got my truck back they said it is the computer now , they keep telling me it's on back order it's gonna be almost 3 months since we got the truck. So now I'm paying for a truck plus insurance that I don't have. I called the sells person Maria marciel but she acts like she didn't knew anything about it.

4 Out 5 stars because of no weekday shuttle after 12:00 pm the shuttle can take me to work in the morning but I have to make other arrangements to pick up my car in afternoon.

Hate giving a bad review, but feel this kind of service needs to be public.I have been a regular customer of Tonkin, for parts, service, and vehicle purchases. My last purchase was a Jeep Cherokee, brand new from the lot.Today I had service scheduled. It completed and I grabbed an Uber to the dealership for pickup. When I arrived, I realized I had left my wallet at home.I asked to take the vehicle home and call back with a card number to pay, but was refused. Maybe I am expecting too much, but as a reliable customer for years, to have this level of distrust was very frustrating. They offered to have someone drive me home, get my wallet, and come back. I'm very busy and just didn't have time to burn another hour of my day, but the attitude from whom I suspect is the service manager made it clear to me there was no negotiation about this.I left feeling like a potential thief (ie, would just disappear without paying) and completely disrespected as a customer.I was planning on purchasing my next vehicle with Tonkin. No longer. Buyer beware!
