Arrived very quickly. Did a great job. No complaints at all. The driver didn't speak English but he was ready with a translator that worked great and he was very polite.

Had an amazing experience with Castores Towing. Juan was very courteous, showed up almost 2 hours faster than estimated, and had the car on the roll back faster than I could pay my tab at the restaurant I'd blown my tire in front of.This was by far the nicest and cleanest tow truck I'd ever been in, and I get towed a lot (I love classic British roadsters). Kudos to Castores!

my car wouldn't start and we tried jumping it before calling for road side assistance. The jump didn't work so I scheduled the tow. When Miguel arrived from Castores Towing, (right on time I need to add) he asked if my car had been sitting for several days. When I said yes, he mentioned Hondas like mine often drain the battery when sitting for days because of the the keyless system. He also mentioned it can be difficult to jump start them with another vehicle and offered to try and charge it. It started right up!!!! No tow needed. And no cost at the repair shop to diagnose the battery. Castores Towing is a business with a lot of integrity and honesty. I highly recommend them. And want to especially thank Miguel for his insight and saving me the time, hassle and expense of the repair shop. Miguel you are amazing and were right, the battery is fine, the car just sat too long. ???

From tow request to delivery location took about an hour. Found the driver to be very competent and friendly. Recommend using these guys if you need somebody in a pinch.

Miguel was awesome. My 2015 civic had a super dead battery, tried jumping it with 2 different cars and 2 types of jumper cables, nothing. I was convinced I had to get it towed to a shop. Miguel came in, wanted to try to jump himself with his trusty portable jumper and it worked. Saved me the trouble of getting it diagnosed at a local shop and possibly get swindled with unnecessary stuff.Thanks again Miguel for the helpful knowledge and service

It did take a while for a truck to come get me. But the address was difficult to find. The driver was very nice and professional. Loaded my truck with care and got me home safely. I wish the lead time for pick up was more accurate.

Thank you so much Castores Towing l was on the way to Las Vegas and my car breaks down 2 miles before exit Aurora 1-5 south . I highly recommend this company they’re very professional bring back our Subaru Outback safely!

My car broke down tonight (after midnight) and luckily Castores Towing were contracted with my insurance. They swooped up me and my car very quickly and even dropped my at home! Brandon was fast and friendly, and I recommend this company. Thanks guys!

The young man that came to help was super awesome!! I was not aware that it’d cost money for them to deliver fuel out to me, but this man told me not to worry about it, I had called the number listed to see if there was something they could do with quicker wait times because my son was in the car with me, and I secure because at the time I was not carrying, so I asked if there was a way they could hurry because 2 hours is a long time, this young man had personally came out, it was a lot quicker than what it would’ve taken a tow truck to get there. He seemed super awesome, Juan, thank you very much for being such a kind soul, I hope you never stop helping people in true need of assistance!
