I can't seem to do a 0. After several times with and without appointments I have had issues with canceling appointments and or sending you away. At one point I had a notary appointment and was canceled shortly before stating they can't do it. However in the same paking lot the On Point credit union could do it without any issues. You are not allowed to wait for a person to speak to if you don't have an appointment. You are told to go somewhere else. I would suggest going to the location in Tanasboure/Evergreen location. You may have to wait but they will work with you.

I go to America from Ukraine, and the employees of this bank helped me a lotAlthough I hardly spoke English and communicated with the help of a translator, they helped me open an account and the service was very good!

Every time I’ve tried using the ATM after 5pm at this branch hours the vestibule won’t open despite saying that it’s open until 8pm. It also does not allow you to use it before the bank opens either. What is the point of an ATM that is only usable during business hours?

So far so good haven’t had a problem yet as long as they don’t mess up my money it’s all good.

Service was pretty good as long as you read reviews beforehand and see that you *DO NEED AN APPOINTMENT*Other than that the drive through ATM to deposit cash has been broken for likely at least a month, which is incredibly frustrating.

I have been with Chase for about 10 years, now with a premium plus checking account. Getting banking service at Chase is quite difficult lately. Often times no banker here, only by appointment, which takes weeks it get one. I am seriously considering moving my money to other banks.

Jacob is so knowledgeable and patient! I called with questions on an expired Debit card and app questions and he literally walked me through step by step processes to troubleshoot my issues since I'm over an hour drive away. So helpful! Thank you Jacob!*I called another location in the area and couldn't get anyone to pick up the line.

I feel not many people will give good reviews to the "public service", like bank, post office, MVA ,etc. This needs to be improved, since they are serving people as well, but only get comments when bad things happened.Staff are friendly. I saw their interaction with others are also friendly.

When a branch has to bring over employees from another location because no one wants to work at this one, it's not a good sign. On my last visit, there was one employee in the whole building. She was working both the drive-through and the teller windows and rolled her eyes when I asked why everyone keeps leaving that branch compared to others. Sadly, that weird, off-putting experience sums up everything I've experienced with Chase the last two years. Go somewhere else.

Rude, didn't even acknowledge me. After waiting for 15 minutes the bank teller FINALLY came and told me to wait because she was at the printer.

Super slow!! I been coming for 8 years the worst location…. So slow even with 6 employees… haha waited 20 minutes to cash a check. Others waited 45 minutes….. lord in heaven. Don’t go inside go to the one off evergreen!

I have been to this branch a couple times. I’ve always had a positive experience! One particular experience that made me a long term customer of this branch and chase by extension was when one of the employees (Mary) went above and beyond to do the right thing and provide exceptional customer service.
