Loretta at store 87089 in Hillsboro was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to find the answer to my question about a color line. She directed me to the items I couldn’t find. I drive all the way from the coast and had a 800 + purchase I had to make for my business. I was very impressed with the quality of service I got. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Awful customer service. I tried to avoid this location as much as possible. Unfortunately it's the closest one to me. When you ask for help they act like you're taking up their precious time. I'm sorry I'm asking you to do your job. Terrible Terrible Terrible. I'm going to have to try to switch brands just so I can avoid this place.

I do love cosmoprof in general. However, this is my least favorite cosmoprof location. The staff is always just slightly rude, doesn't ask if you need help, if you ask for help they give you the bare minimum.
