Chris was amazing to work with!! He was not high pressure and very thorough. I needed a car right away and they delivered to Boise the next day. He explained everything to me and got me into my dream car at an affordable monthly payment after I was told by a local company that I could not get into my dream car because of my situation. Worked with Chris Hoyt, was great at communicating initially, sent everything he asked for, he then let me know the lender I was approved for and the amount I was approved for, and was supposed to call me following day to set up terms of delivery, I text him to see when that would happen to find out that the lender "changed terms and his boss was working on fixing it" well after 3 days of waiting for a reply and not getting one, he ghosted me and never followed up. I just finished a chapter 7 bankruptcy and it already hard enough getting honest answers, but I feel now that he was only looking for a sale, and all the kind words etc. was a just a honeypotting technique. I thoroughly do not reccomend them. Honesty and straightforward responses is all I was looking for, not a bunch if bull.

My wife and I can not say enough compliments regarding our experience with Dicks Auto Loans! Everyone that we came in contact with from our initial phone call to meeting the gentlemen in the Service Department were very friendly, competent and highly professional! We were very lucky to work with such a nice individual named Chris Hoyt. He assisted us with all the financial requirements and then gave us the keys to our new vehicle! Thanks again Chris !

Krysta Hanson is amazing. I have never had a great car buying experience, but this experience was easy and painless! Krysta got me the car I wanted and worked hard to get a payment that was affordable. She even offered to have the car delivered at my house! Most everything was done online. I literally just had to come in take it for a test drive and sign the papers. AMAZING!

My husband and I just filed bankruptcy and both needed new cars. Chris Hoyt helped us through the process of finding new cars we both loved. He explained everything to us and we never felt like we were being left in the dark. We asked to see the service reports on both cars and he gave those to us with no questions asked. I would recommend friends and family to do business with them.

I recently purchased a 2015 Sonata SE from Chris Hoyt at Dicks Hillsboro Hyundai. And to be honest...it was a fantastic experience!! Not only was Chris engaged in fulfilling my needs, he did a phenomenal job walking me through the process of obtaining my first auto loan! Initially, being a first time buyer with no Credit history, i was very apprehensive of what vehicle and interest rates i would be eligible for. Chris however was able to use his mastery of his profession to not only help me get a reliable vehicle, but also get me a great interest rate to boot!! I can go on, but the only thing i feel that still needs to be said is a hearty "Thank you" to Chris Hoyt for his patience, follow through, and for making me feel like a friend instead of a sale.

Krista Hanson, at Dick's Auto Loans was AMAZING! We are currently going through a bankruptcy and credit issues (trying to improve our credit); and needed a new(er) vehicle for my commute to and from work. With our issues though no one would finance a vehicle for us and we didn't have the cash to purchase a reliable newer vehicle on hand. We tried to work with a number of finance deptartments that claimed they could get us into a vehicle or specialized in "bad credit/bankruptcy financing" and none of them ever came through or it was nothing but a headache to try and work with them (having to chase them, calling them and not receiving calls back, etc...). I spoke to Krista on a Wednesday morning, by Wednesday afternoon she had called us back and texted the link to three different vehicles that would fit our budget and criteria. Thursday we went up to Hillsboro to meet with her, it took about 4 hours (shortest car buying experience ever!) from looking at and test driving a number of cars (more than 3) to driving home in our new-to-us 2012 Toyota Camry. We would completely recommend anyone having credit issues to contact Krista Hanson in the special finance dept at Dick's Auto Loans. She was a dream to work with. No pressure, very friendly, and honest. We were tempted by a different vehicle but knowing how many miles would be put on the vehicle we purchased she honestly pointed out that the Camry was bigger, less $$, and would hold it's value much better than our other (newer) choice. She has won our business from now on! On another note, Dick's Hyundai has amazing service! All the sales people and employees were so friendly and helpful. Always asking if we needed anything and checking on us. Made the already good experience just that much better!
