Gabriel helped me choose a car that was spot on to what I wanted. This is my first purchase ever and I was nervous. But with the help of Gabriel and his team, they made the experience comfortable. Thank you so much to Gabriel, Ivan and Alex for being such great people! I always go to this Honda to do service as well, and the workers are insightful and patient. We went in this morning and were wildly unimpressed with Hillsboro Honda. We were majorly lowballed on trade in value on our 2020 Corolla (they offered 13k, saying it needed new tires and had a dent in the bumper- KBB and Edmunds placed the trade in value accommodating for those things at 18-19k) and when presented with this they said those values didn't really matter; if anything, the market is still hot and they're going for more than that, but no matter, they definitely don't go for less. I guess they figure most people don't know about current market trends or how to value their own vehicles. They offered nothing at all for our 2007 civic, basically attempting to get it for free on trade in; all it needs is a brake flush and has some scratches on the bumper, but it has touch screen stereo and tinted window upgrades and low miles, weathertek mats, and is otherwise in great shape for the year so that was also absurd. But the worst part was the sticker price of the CRV was inflated by nearly four grand and couldn't be explained as to why, it "just was". My husband has a very good credit rating, above 720, but they were offering a terrible APR and an insane monthly payment. When pressed as to how they were getting their figures they said "well this car is better than what you're trading in", but that was irrelevant as what we were financing would be exactly what we financed on the Corolla, yet the monthly payment was over double. No matter how we argued it, they kept saying they were "moving mountains" (yeah, not hardly) for us. We finally walked out, but not before the finance manager was denigrating to my husband about us balking at their figures. We will not be returning to Dicks Hillsboro Honda or any Dicks Auto Group location after this scammy experience.

Andrew!! He was by far the easiest part of the transaction. He suggested the car over the phone, after hearing my needs, and he was spot on! The car is beautiful, the experience was painless and Andrew is phenomenal. I’d definitely tell my friends to go to him for their next car.

Amazing experience! Walked in only to ask questions and test drive, walked out with a brand new car feeling incredibly well looked after. Jimmy, our sales person, was hands down the best cars salesman I have ever met and had the pleasure of interacting with. The fact that I can put "pleasure" and "car sales" in the same sentence is by itself a strong testament to his professionalism, courteousness, and awesomely welcoming and friendly demeanor. If you ever need someone to look after you during your shopping, Jimmy is your guy. He even went above and beyond and stayed with us past his work hours, and we can't thank him enough. 10/10

My experience with this dealer started about 3 months ago. I had filled out one of those online applications for funding and was initially contacted by a different dealership, in a different city. That dealer didn't have anything on their lot that was in my price range, so I just didn't continue. A few days later I was contacted by a salesman at Hillsoboro Honda. He was nice, but persistent. Yes, I did get multiple calls and loads of emails. Yes, that was annoying - but that's pretty typical in this day and age. I could have opted out or unsubscribed, but I didn't.I spoke with Salesman #1 and picked out a strong possibility for a vehicle - I have some special needs and have to have a vehicle that has certain specs for me to drive it. That particular vehicle was in line to be serviced (recall) and it was taking a while to get done. During that waiting time, I was contacted periodically by the salesman to verify my continued interest and also to present me with some other possibilities. At one point the salesman thought the car was done and ready to be sold, when it actually wasn't - a miscommunication. I got pretty frustrated that it was taking so long, and that miscommunication made me feel that I was being jerked around.Now, here's where the 5 star review comes from: I called the dealership and wanted to know what was happening. I was connected to the GM, Brad. Brad was awesome! He listened, he apologized, and he called the shop to find out what the deal was. He called me back, and explained the situation and reassured me that I was still good to go. The next call I received was from Alex (salesman #2). I explained what was going on to Alex, what my special needs were, and we discussed the car I was interested in. I told him I would be in Portland in a week or so and I would stop by when I had time.I went in and the car was there and looking good...but, although the specs said it would work, it didn't. Alex brought around this Kia Soul, which was higher priced than the other one, but had similar specs. It worked! We attempted to finalize the financials that day, but, with the car being higher priced than the other one, it just wasn't coming together. I left feeling pretty dejected. 2 days later, Alex called me back and said they had the financing figured out. I went in the next morning - and left with my new 2019 Kia Soul.Here's the deal: I have special needs AND I have limited income and resources. This dealership went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle that meets my needs, with a payment I can handle. The vehicle is great, but it's a tool. It's the people who count. Alex is an awesome young man who was definitely raised right and it shows. Brad was excellent to work with and listened to me and didn't treat me as unworthy - as so many people do when dealing with people of limited means & special needs. I highly recommend Hillsboro Honda!

I had a really smooth experience recently buying a Ridgeline. The salesman, Val followed up with me, consistently and patiently dealt with my deliberations. I’ve had a used Ridgeline that I’ve brought here for service over the last couple years and that process has been very smooth as well. Highly recommend. Ask for Val, if you’re thinking of going in.
