There was only one cashier, with 8 people in the line, plus another 5 customers off to the side, behind the other EMPTY cash registers!! I stood and waited about 3 minutes, but the line never moved. The lone cashier never looked up to see how long the line was. I had to walk up to this cashier to tell him that their were 8 people in line behind me plus 5 more behind ALL of the other EMPTY cash registers, and asked if he could please page for a second cashier. He paged for a back up cashier. No one came up to ring on the cash register! The cashier did not even bother to notice that no other cashier came to help. 5 minutes later two other employees walked out by the cash registers, but neither one of them bothered to look up to see what was now over 15 people waiting for a second cashier to open up a second cash register! And neither one of them bothered to call out to the large crowd of customers that they could come over to their cash register to be rung up! They continued to look down, not making any eye contact with customers, at all! I have shopped at this store before, and they FREQUENTLY have 8 to 10 customers in line with only one cashier. I finally gave up and left my shopping cart full of merchandise up by the front door, and left! I am done! I will not be shopping in this location anymore! This does not happen at the other locations. I read the other reviews below and found 5 other reviews mentioning long lines of customers.

The cashier named Devorah is very rude to the children. She ran to my children when they were choosing a balloon and telling them don't touch the balloons We need have to touch them to see which one we want But she was very rude to my children.

This store has a bigger and better selection of products than most of the other Dollar Tree's I've been to. The employees were very polite, helpful and attentive and the store itself was nice and tidy. Also, this is one of the few stores that stay open until 10pm. Overall, this Dollar Tree's would have to be my favorite in the area.

Delaney was very unprofessional, rude, and overall ignorant. After asking for a bag at the beginning and it was very clear, she decided to put all items to the side and then when we asked for a bag again she puts it on top of the pile and states that we have to “bag it ourselves” “since asking for one at the end” she also was disrespectful about it and argumentative. Again we asked for a bag very clearly because when asked we even stated there was no way to bring the cart out since there was a pole on it so yes I would like a bag since I don’t want to carry the amount of things we got in my hands. She either did not listen or just again decided to be ignorant. Also not as big of deal but during the rude and uncalled for encounter she pulled her phone out for personal use. As an employee elsewhere I would never treat a customer like such. I understand not liking a job but it’s literally what you’re paid to do. If it occurs again will definitely be leaving another review. Delaney should either not be working with customers or should be working elsewhere if she is not happy.

The store was messy, the on supervisor was really rude at the register with all customers, it was like she didn't want to be there and had horrible customer service skills.

Cashier named Annie was super rude and slamming product on counter I asked her if everything was okay because that is not good costumer service and she started mumbling stuff under her breath super rude and should not treat any costumer like that please have a talk with her on how to treat customers very upsetting visit :/

3 employees and only one counter open for 20+ customers. Others have been on the phone with “corporate” for the past 15 minutes

The dollar store is a cheap and affordable place to find little decorations for your home. Their holiday section is always stacked for the upcoming holiday. Prices did go up due to inflation, So everything now is a $1.25

Giving the one star because I have to in order to leave a review, first and foremost had to run the card 5 different times because the system didn't work, the lady who spoke very little English that was covering the register had no idea what she was doing and had to call for another person who was severally rude and very unprofessional, it's odd how aggressive she was, and also that none of the staff were name tags safe to say this is a branch we will not be returning to.
