The owner and everyone who works there have never been anything but honest and upfront with me. Some of the reviews I've read our user not anything to do with that store. I have had nothing but good experience with these people.And i'm sorry for the owner for having to read these bad comments

First impression, I was huh kinda cool, just know that I have been to all kinds of shops. They opened a short time before my visit and I was greeted nicely and said that I was looking for a particular/ one of a kind piece, showed a group of just arrived items. Low and behold found one I liked and top it off with a First time discount. My lucky day. Oh, and only 2 blocks away. Good selection, good prices, great people ? ? ?

Bought a pipe from this place and first use it cracked. Called and the guy was basically like not my problem and I need to be careful with glass… They take no responsibility for any faulty items they might sell, buy at your own risk!

Dr. Greenthumb, hands down, is the best smoke shop around!I was in an accident many years ago and have suffered with daily chronic pain ever since. Opiates are not an option for me so I’ve been researching and experimenting with Kratom. Today, I met Dom at Dr. Greenthumb, and he was incredible, courteous, knowledgeable, had answers to all my questions, had obvious, compassion and empathy, and is a solid individual. Aside from that, the shop is awesome, and definitely higher quality than other similar shops. All in all, everything about Dr. Greenthumb deserves 10 stars! ⭐️ ????????⭐️

Went here this morning, and the guy opening this shop acted so rude.. I guess he was late opening up... and acted like I was bothering him. Customer service was a zero! Don't go there... ended up at Oregon Vape Shop... way better customer service! Vapors go there instead! Would give zero stars but not an option!
