This is my first time at Katherine A. Ruecker, O.D. & Associates, P.C. * I went for an eye exam and my experience with Dr Scott was excellent, he has a great personality he was friendly and professional. Same with the staff at the front, Yoshi was very friendly and welcoming. The eyeglass vendors were also excellent.

The exam was very thorough & answered all of my questions & concerns. The doctor & the staff were very friendly & welcoming. They made me feel very comfortable & at ease. I would highly recommend this location to my friends & family.

We came late 5 minutes due to traffic. I understand that you should usually come early for appointments to handle checking in. My daughter and I had a back-to-back appointment, although I was late for my appointment, they denied both of our appointments entirely. They offered us to rescheduled but I was so disappointed for wasting my time.

Dr. Ruecker takes time listening to patients and performs detailed eye exams. She patiently explains the objectives of each step, findings and opinions. She recommends the best options for her patients.

Super thorough exams and overall welcoming experience. I’d like to add that I asked them to check the PD on my glasses and they also went ahead and tightened my glasses. They didn’t have to do that, but I really appreciate it b/c I didn’t realize how loose they were until they were tightened.

Dr Ruecker is amazing! She provides a comprehensive eye exam and takes the time to discuss the health of your eye as well! I love that!! Her technician Yoshi is amazing as well! Professional, courteous, personable and super friendly. Even though there are providers that are closer to me, I will make the drive to see Dr R :)
