Disappointed...I have shopped at Tanasbourne Village store for years in Hillsboro and have always had great customer service. I was at the store on Friday June 29th wanting to exchange shoes for different size. The store did not have correct size, so I asked gal clerk (long grey/light hair) how to find correct size . I was instructed would need to order them online or take shoes to another store. I asked if she could call a few stores and if size found ship to this store. She said can not do that and was unsure if other stores exchange shoes. I made calls while in the store and found correct size at Cascade Plaza. My mom shops at Tanasbourne store and when I told her this occurred, she was surprised as had good service there. Not usual person that puts reviews just grumpy with poor customer service.
