Im so glad I found this place. They are the best and so friendly. I definitely recommend Viki, she is awesome.
The best therapist I have ever had. She has addressed my deep tissue needs and has helped greatly with the pain in my hips. I will keep going back.

My massage therapist was hands down the best I've ever had. I can't wait to come back. I honestly still feel bad about only going$20 I wasn't sure before hand how much to tip. I came home and checked because I really felt he deserved more then$20 . If I could come tip him another $20 for the massage I got the other day I WOULD! I will be returning and I've ashtray told a few friends.

Scheduling was tremendously accommodating and the front desk staff made us feel welcome as soon as we walked into the calming space. My massage therapist was transformative. Gabe has that rare gift of skill that led to intuitive treatment and checked in frequently to make sure the pressure was adequate and healing. He also left me with a list of stretches to help maintain my newly relaxed musculature. I was visiting in town, but if I lived here, Elements would be a consistent appointment on my calendar.

Avoid at all costs. If zero was an option I would select zero stars. They have made mistakes in at least 3/4 of my appointments. I don't know if it's incompetent staff, terrible systems they use or both. They've double booked me with someone else, they scheduled me with the wrong therapist on multiple occasions. They messed up the payment date I had selected when I signed up for a membership. Also don't waste your time and money on the membership until you've worked with them several times and know the therapist you want to work with will actually keep hours there.There are some great massage therapists but save yourself the extra stress, time and money and see if you can see someone outside the elements massage business. Sadly this isn't the first location I've had some of these issues with either, I really hoped this location would be different but it has been the worst experience by far.
