The Hillsboro location is fantastic. The staff was very busy when I picked up the car but I was helped quickly and politely. When the car was returned the staff member that assisted me was stellar. Again they were very busy but I was helped as soon as possible. Overall the experience was pleasant, I will be using this location EVERY time I need to rent a car. Thank you all for being wonderful

Deserves 0 STARS. Last 2 separate times left with no vehicle. 1st incident I show up for my reservation and there is no cars available, don’t even offer me a replacement. 2nd incident, they won’t rent me because I don’t have 2 forms of proof of address??? Is this the DMV?? I’m an enterprise plus member and never had issues. ONLY THIS LOCATION HAS PROBLEMS. I rented from airport location multiple times and always smooth. Save your time and headache, avoid this location. That’s why I prefer Avis at the Hillsboro airport. Always giving me a good deal. This enterprise has lost my business. Glad to know this how they treat enterprise plus members. Smh.EDIT: called customer support and they confirmed that proof of address is ONLY needed when paying with debit card. I always pay with credit card and customer support sees that. Don’t know why this location assumed I’m paying with debit card, WHEN WE DIDN’T EVEN GET TO THAT STAGE OF PROCESS. THEY JUST ASSUMED.

Very fast and efficient. The lady who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. I called a few days after I got the rental because the oil change light came on. I guess it wasn't reset after the last oil change? I was told to ignore it. I'm not going to lie, it was an eyesore for the next 2 weeks. But otherwise, great service.

Had an Easy Breezy experience with Enterprise in Hillsboro Oregon. Easy because the location was convenient; Breezy because the service was great - efficient pick up and drop off, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I got just the car I wanted and was offered other options as well - spoiled for choice. Highest marks from me; definitely recommend.

My vehicle needed some repairs, so I dropped it off at the body shop and Enterprise picked me up. When we got to the Enterprise office, I discovered that I had misplaced my wallet with my driver's license. UGH. I called the body shop to check in the console of my vehicle and the hotel I stayed in the night before. While I was waiting to hear back, I was in full panic mode. The gentleman at Enterprise said that if it didn't turn up, he would take me to the DMV to get a new one so I could get on my way. Luckily my wallet was found at the hotel and Enterprise drove me to the hotel to pick it up. I can't tell you how grateful I am to the employees at Enterprise for going above and beyond to help me. Thank you for saving the day!

Convenient, friendly and helpful staff. Good website. Relatively inexpensive car rental with clean, low-mileage cars. I was able to rent a Toyota Corolla for 8 days and under $300. Thought that a good bargain.

Hillsboro Enterprise has been hands down the worst branch I have ever dealt with. I have been renting cars from enterprise for a year, and always keep each rental for 30 days at a time, as this is the longest they are able to enterprise offers to extend their contract. More specifically, be aware of Bear. He will call you asking you to pay additional money after you’ve already paid the extension. When inquiring about what the extra money is for he informed me this is for “additional fees that are not covered online.” When asking what the additional fees are for, he continues to say that these are charges accruing as I didn’t pay all the fees when booking my online. In addition to him trying to make up fees, he talked to me very rudely and attempting to intimidate me. He would speak to me like I was a child, demanding me to do this or that. This was extremely concerning to me as I have been renting from enterprise for the last 10 months from other various enterprise branches and would book via online and never had any issue. This was only my second time renting from Hillsboro, and I will never again. I did not pay him over the phone and continue to rent online. After a week passed by, Bear contacted my fiancé listed on my profile at 8:07a and stated he “hadn’t spoke to me in over a week and that I am refusing to return the vehicle.” I ended up going into the office in person that day, as Bear had stated that “I needed to renew my contract.” When he said I needed to renew the contact this rose a red flag because enterprise contracts are for 30 days; and I had only had the vehicle for 17 days at this point. This was just the beginning to his web of lies, demeaning behavior, and manipulation. When inquiring about the contract, he tells me my monthly rate has expired. I agree to go in as I can see this man is attempting to manipulate me. He continuously repeats to me at least 5 times “I must come in today.” After I already agreed and told him what time I’d be him. At that point he attempts to end the conversation with intimidation by saying to me that “I’d have repercussions if I didn’t make in”. Mind y’all - I am already paid through the week. Because I frequently rent from enterprise, I know renewing your contract takes 5 minutes. The agent inspects the vehicle, checks mileage, you sign paperwork and you’re on your way in the same vehicle, under same deposit, and you are cleared for another 30 days. When I arrive at the branch, Bear informs me that “I am no longer able to extend my rental for 30 days, as I declined to pay the extra fees he randomly called me about a week prior. I agreed with him, as I’d later be speaking to corporate. It felt very revengeful- as if this was his way of trying to push his authority at this time and get back at me for questioning his mysterious charges a week earlier. So once we discuss the stipulations Bear has now inflicted upon me, and he feels like he’s in control, he then lets me know that the car I was in and came to renew actually will not be available to me for renewal. I had the trunk full of nursing equipment, as I am a home health nurse. I had ran up to the branch to quickly to renew at the end of my work day. My heart literally dropped. Bear now has full control of my safety. I inform him I will need another car as I have all my equipment, live 1.5hrs away, and was expecting to renew therefore didn’t arrange a ride. This is when he quotes me a total of $449.99 for 4 days in a midsize vehicle ($89.99/day), in addition he will need to collect another $200 deposit. I quickly peeked online at the rates which were reflecting at $62.00/day. He says to me “if you want that price you’ll have to get to the back of the line. If I am unable to get through the line before 5p, you won’t be able to rent today.” I am now in a total panic as it’s 4:30p, however I didnt want to allow him to overcharge me. I got to the back of the line. A sweet woman agent began to help me, Bear tells her to stop- that he’ll “deal with me”. I finally make it into a rental. It didn’t end there……

My initial contact with Enterprise was on the phone with Linda. She was amazingly friendly and professional.When I picked up the rental car, Kelsey was so courteous he stood in the rain while showing me my Highlander. He was kind enough to make sure I had the same model as my personal vehicle. Give my highest compliments to both of these employees.I highly recommend Enterprise, especially this location.-Kim Irwin

Absolutely god awful place, if there was a way to give 0 stars that is what they would get. Reserved a rental car for 12 pm on a Saturday, according to the app this location is open until 5. Arrived to find the business closed up for the day, the guy who was there informed me they were "out of cars." Completely screwed up my travel plans and wasted an Uber trip. What is the point of allowing reservations for a particular day and time if the business isn't going to be open? For that matter, what is the point of taking reservations if you don't have any cars available? These imbeciles should not be allowed to do business.
