Worst truck rental experience, reserved online a cargo van and then called to try to pick it up 1 hour earlier the rate went up 60%. So I didn’t do it, then went to pick it up the truck rental manager was not there and no one could help me pick it up at this location because they said the have no access to the truck department and they suggested me to call other truck branches to help me, called several of them they couldn’t help me and they couldn’t get hold of the manager and it was the only cargo van available in the whole area. Never going back to any enterprise rentals.

The single worst customer service experience of my life.I called on a Thursday and left a message. I did not get a call back, so I dropped in in-person the next day. The truck rental agent (apparently, only 1 person is qualified) was not in, so I left another message with one of the other agents to have him call me back.Next Thursday, still no contact from the company, so I went AGAIN in person to find (once again) that the truck agent was not there. I verified that he was not on vacation, and left a third message to have him contact me when he is in.Three attempts in 1 week to just get the courtesy of a simple call back on the phone, and no effort on their part.

As always Enterprise very efficient had the truck cleaned ready for rental staff was excellent only rent from Enterprise the company that takes care of their clients all the way

The lady we worked with was friendly enough but I've rented cars with various different companies and this one was the fairly unpleasant. I'm not sure if enterprise is just a lower tier car rental agency or what. This was a car rental due to an insurance accident. They asked a LOT of questions and required 2 different phone numbers and asked what my employer was. Normally when I rent a car, I give them my license and credit card. Decline the insurance and am on my way. Speaking of, they were VERY pushy over their insurance. They took a no as a "let me explain more". This was 12:30 on a Wednesday, I have to go back to work! Their selection was awful. My choice was a mini van or a mini van. They told me they may have more selections later on. Worse part of all, the gas tank was almost empty!!! Are you kidding me? During this time of COVID how do I even know it was cleaned? We will be driving to PDX to get a better vehicle and hopefully a better experience.

I had an issue with my last rental and received a free upgrade for my next rental but when I called the branch to book I was told it was not valid on the SUV (which was not a listed stipulation on my original offer email), he was not rude at all but sounded pretty certain it wasn't valid on SUV's due to summer demand. Without arguing I accepted his comments but called and spoke with a customer service representative in hopes my concern would reach management. I received a call back shortly after from Rachel Shepard a district manager who was so kind and helpful. She honored the upgrade and was very pleasant about doing so. Her customer service skills were superb and made me feel like my concern was important. I will only rent from Enterprise in the future and will always recommend them to family and friends. Thank you!

Quick and friendly service. All the agents (especially Jamie) were great! Offered me an amazing upgrade. Very easy process and will definitely use them in the future.

I was in a hurry and completed everything online the night before my scheduled reservation to save time. I arrived and a customer was already there waiting. He was sitting so I sat and waited in line. A new customer comes in but there are no chairs so he stands and the next available agent helps him first even though I had been waiting for 10 minutes. Two customers who just walked in were helped before me and I had been waiting 10 minutes before they got there. I finally get helped and I am standing at the counter and while explaining the terms the agent takes a phone call and rather than put them on hold he proceeds to complete their entire reservation while I am standing there waiting for him to finish explaining the terms. Basically I would have received better service if I had called the agent and made my reservation while standing 3 feet away from him. That way no one else gets served first. It was incredibly poor service. I walked out and wanted to explain why but the agent turned and walked away while I was talking. This was to worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I am 60. Enterprise is absolutely horrible. I would not rent from them again if the rates were free. Another issue: If you want to rent from them bring window washing gear. They don't wash the windshield and send you out with a smeary mess. In the sunlight you'll be sorry.

After speaking to a rep on the phone I was promised a Cadillac or equivalent. When we got there the next morning there were only trucks available. I do not drive trucks! After waiting around someone brought in a filthy dirty older model Chev Equinox. They put us in that with the promise of an upgrade later that day. Nothing, called the next day and was promised again that I would get a car as soon as one came in...again nothing. (he admitted that cars did come in but were rented to others) Called again was promised a call from the manager...nothing..Have not heard a word from anyone and here it is a week later and i'm still in this crappy car!

They wanted to charge me $49.99/day for insurance. They did not have the compact car that I reserved. Terrible customer service. Left without renting a car.
