David is made my experience with public storage a pleasant and unique experience. He is knowledgeable, friendly, a stickler for the rules, and always makes you feel welcome. I also have to give him a shout out for the call reminders each month, it's been a rough year and even a little help like that makes a big difference, thank you!
I also enjoy the clean atmosphere, security system, locked gates, pricing, and the hours in which the Beaverton storage unit is open. The combination of the two make this a perfect combination.

This Extra Space Storage Beaverton location is excellent! The space is clean and very-well maintained. We were helped by the manager David, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in renting our unit. Highly recommend!

David was very helpful and made my Unit cancellation a breeze. By the time I went to retrieve my lock from the unit and returned to the office he had everything handled and I was on my way. Would definitely return to this location for future storage needs.

Great units. Great security. Great price.
Was also impressed with David who was kind and professional, as well as attentive when I broke a security rule(he was nice, straightforward, and gave good reasoning).
The move-out process was painless.
If we ever need a storage unit again we'll come right back to this Beaverton location.

Awful the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The manager is terrible at his job. Judmemtal rude to paying customers. Sits on his phone rather then tending to customers at the desk. The inside storage smelled like poop the entire month i was there.
