Bald guy at fedex print shop, I hope you are reading this. My album cover printout worked perfectly. This guy recommended the perfect type of paper, and was able to resize my raw image exactly as I needed it. Very amazing service, and props to the girl who took my payment, everyone was professional, kind, and very spirited even in the wake of the holiday season rush. For printing, I will come here again and again.

Needed a box and ship a small item overnight. It was $18 for the box and $290 for shipping. Which is interesting because the company I shipped it to is shipping it back to me overnight and charged me $120. I understand this is a third-party vendor but that really seems like price gouging.

I was so impressed by how kind and friendly Sam was in assisting with my shipment. Truly one of the most positive customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. I hope he is recognized for what a great job he does in this role.

Convenient location . Drop jobs off and run to Costco instead of waiting in the store.

Had to ship 2 x 47lb boxes to Australia. Sam was knowledgeable and patient, had a friendly can-do attitude and willingness to help despite being the only team member in store. He even stayed after closing to make sure everything was in order with the packages. Definitely an asset to FedEx

I have come into this store numerous times for print jobs and now to drop off packages to mail. They have been polite, timely, and helpful every time. They answer the phone promptly when I call, and have even expedited print jobs by request with zero difficulty.

Literally wasted 2hours of my time until Elijah came to my rescue. I was having issues with creating a shipping label and payment and the employee (dnt knw the name) had such a condescending attitude and offered absolutely zero help to assist me. Finally Elijah was able to help (4 stars) and hence the 2 stars instead of 1 for Fedex office.
Please be more courteous and helpful where needed.
It does not hurt to be kind.

Bonnie helped me ship a package to Canada. My 2 year was not happy and she took the time to give him an old tape roll to play with. He was so happy and occupied I was able to finish the transaction with her in a calm, happy environment. It was really kind
