Very rarely write a review - especially negative but I feel compelled to let others know about the disrespect and arrogance of the young woman at the front desk. Two times I have had a problem with her. She has a road-rage mentality. I will never go back again.

Overpriced, Low Quality Customer Service, Lack Follow through, Gross Mismanagement, Harassing Phone Calls for Absolutely NO reason, Accounting Department that can not handle Basic Math, Terrible Communication, and that is there good qualities!
To prove my point further. I received a threatening call from Ferrellgas last month tell me that I had to either get my 1000 gallon tank filled that day or they were going to come repo the tank.
This stimmed from the fact that they couldn't find a solo receipt for payment of my annual lease fee for 2024. The fee was paid in late March/early April of 2024. After an hour on the phone, they finally shook me down for buying 200 gallon that day and payment of the 2025 lease fee.
They did find the 2024 lease fee attached to the 2024 purchase but refused to acknowledge it as they waived it as part of the 2025 purchase.
The property owner and I are now looking at other options for propane as when this 200 gallons runs out next year around Halloween.

My tank went empty so I called to have it filled. I was informed that the driver would need to do an inspection and come inside. I asked if they could call me when they were on their way or if I needed to take a day off work. I was told they would call. On the day of service I was at work and it was getting late in the day, I called to see where the driver was and was assured they would call. I finally just left work early worried I would miss them. When I got home there was a note on my door that they had already been there and I would need to call to have someone come back. I called the office upset and was told the drivers never call when on route. I waited 3 days before they sent someone out who told me they do get calls. I was then charged for a 2nd call and had to contact them to get the fees reversed. I also spoke to several employees on different occasions that could not provide accurate information about their program that allows you to pay equally monthly. I would not recommend this company due to lack of staff knowledge on policy and procedures and the numerous phone calls I had to make for what should have been a simple delivery. I will not be using them in the future and would not recommend them to anyone.

Don’t come here with an old tank for your RV. They will test it and if it fails they will threaten to confiscate it from you unless you pay to have it repaired. Of course, I want to do the safety minded thing but I didn’t appreciate being put on the spot to make a decision to spend a significant amount of money or forfeit my two tanks

I don’t think this place is ever open. If it is, it’s always at a time convenient to no one except the staff. Furthermore, they cannot seem to answer even the simplest of questions. I tried to give them my business but today was the last time.

I have nothing but the best experience with Ferrellgas. From the installation (2 years ago) to delivery (Ryan is AWESOME) to the billing dept- no complaints. We are fairly remote and they’ve delivered every time they’ve said they would. Great company. Would definitely recommend them.

We were totally out of propane because I had been in the hospital and unable to keep an eye on the level. When i stated that it was an emergency, it did'nt seem to matter. They were going to fill the tank in a few days! Finally after several calls, they agreed to come the next day. Our house is totally dependent on propane. When the truck finally came he turned off the gas and left a note saying that we weren't home. We were here!!! I hope we get bettr service in the future.

The delivery guys are fantastic. However, scheduling delivery is insanely stupid. Being in management myself, I recognize the need to staff accordingly if and when there's a need. This place doesn't seem to understand that. Having to wait multiple weeks for delivery from the time you pay for a delivery is insane. I completely understand the demand. I also believe, given the cost of what they're selling, delivery should be much more timely. Especially, when there's weather approaching. Recognize your needs and staff accordingly. You're doing your customer base an extreme disservice, if not.

Unable to contact them to pay my bills. They just don't pick up the phone, so I leave message after message after message and never get a call back. How do you stay in business when there is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL?!?!? I tried to sign up for autopay but they just didn't bother to process the forms I sent in. Months later I have late charges because they have no record of my auto pay form. I HAVE PROOF OF DELIVERY! I think it's time I find another propane provider. Someone who can actually provide service.

I really don't appreciate not being able to call the local business directly. I keep getting routed through some national call center. There's no way to just contact the local people. At least the call center isn't in India.

Not a big fan of paying a month before delivery, then finding out I overpaid. The money will sit your account instead of mine for close to a year waiting for my next order.

Stopped in on Saturday and read the hours are from 8-5 M-F, so I loaded up my tanks and returned Tuesday at 1:30. Big sign on the front "CLOSED" (*@&!), I tried to call but the line is an automation and the wait time is sometimes more than 5 min just to ask when they will be returning. So what does that mean "CLOSED" ? for the day, during lunch, forever, Covid, what gives, need more info!!

It's a normal successful business relationship. Been with them what seems like forever. We go way way back when I was housed in a camper, then a nicer travel trailer, I'd bring the tanks over sometimes in my shopping basket, other times on my bike. Very compassionate folks, they felt my pains during the cold of winter when I brought the tanks over. Things change I can lift the empty tanks, but a full one just can't hoist it up any more. So they set me up with a 100 gallon tank, and pay as you go program, then they took me in as their own (which I love) and it's now auto refill. It's better than me trying to remember to check the tank and call in. Besides all that, they are the folks that maintain the entire lpg system of my place, no worries here about a gas explosion. Thank you.
