“On August 7, 2024 my sister had a full hip replacement, and the next day I placed a bouquet of flowers at "FLOWERS BY BURKHARDT'S" late afternoon from Wisconsin. I didn't expect it to be delivered the same day as my order was placed prior to closing. Roger explained the reason for the delay the following morning, which I understood.
