The best thing about being able to pump your own gas is 24-hour availability.

The employees are so rude. I went to go get gas and the guy told me to go around and when I went and did that and got out, the employee told me it was a one way and I apologized and told him I was just doing what the guy said and he called me a liar. I told him I would move but to not call me a liar and he kept calling me a liar. I went ahead and left because it just felt so rude at this point. Never going to that location again. Thanks for being so rude and giving HORRIBLE customer service. Also I had a full car with people and they all heard the guy tell me to go around but go off.

The gas station is now half self serve and half not. A woman tried self-serve, and the machine wasn’t working and the employees refused to help her and told her she “can wait there all day if she’s that stupid.” You would think these people would be a little nicer since their job just got easier but instead they’re making it harder???? Never going there again after this and the constant attitudes.

Fred Meyer as a company is yet again a cheapskate. Been waiting in line for gas for 35 minutes on 4th of July weekend. Currently 7 pumps open, 25 people in line, and 2 people working about as quickly as a glacier. People are actually getting out and pumping their own gas now

Saved 95 cents a gallon with my FM points. The person at the pump was quick and friendly.

Stopped in for fuel the cashier doesn't understand what you are after. And you don't get your rewards added to your gas.

Pretty good stop. I wouldn't blame the employees but the customers for not understanding the big signs on each lane that read PUMP HOSES REACH EITHER SIDE... Doesn't matter what side your gas door is on. Pick any lane. Thanks

3 people are working and only 4 pumps are open. Worst service I have ever experienced and the employees are not only slow but lazy.

This is the worst Fred Meyer fuel station. Most of the fuel pumps are closed off the majority of the time. The lines are insanely long and often start back at the traffic lights. The customer service here also tends to be rude compared to others. My experience with this worker was no different. He was rude, snippy, and unprofessional. Also could not tell him apart from any customer because he had a drink in his hand and was more focused on that then helping customers + he had no reflective jacket like a lot of other places have to set the employees apart. When he was done fueling up my car, he started to walk away. Never asked if I wanted a receipt so I had to shout out of my car "I need a receipt please." He turned around in disgust and started saying very unkind words to me and walked away. I sat there not knowing if he was actually getting me a receipt or not. Then a minute later when he returned, he was still saying unkind things to me and threw my receipt in the window. The only reason I waited so long was because I needed a receipt for filing purposes as this was a business expense. This behavior is completely unexcusable. I should never have to justify why I am asking for a receipt and frankly should not have to shout after someone to get me one. His behavior just showed how terrible this customer service is.

Why are the pumps always closed! They have plenty of employees working, if they hustled they could easily serve more customers ??

Clown show!!!!!! Never have all the pumps open and it takes a half hour to get fuel . Nobody wants to work hard and everything is done for the convenience of the employees. Honestly I have no idea how they have a 4.0 rating. Pathetic

Unfortunately this Fred Meyer Station the 2 times I tried to use it has half the pumps closed just like I see other comments and to make matters worse you have to be in the same line of traffic to get to the Dutch brothers that is right next door so that makes the traffic worse. Sorry unless they start opening all the pumps I will be skipping this station. I hope they hire more people.

Don’t go here until you don’t mind waiting 30 minutes or more. They always have half the pumps closed while employees are just standing around waiting for the few cars to fill. Seems like they have enough people to run them all. Not sure why it’s like this for over a month.

This place is a prime example of one of the many issues with todays society. When you can justify paying 4 or sometimes even more people to run half of a gas station 90% of the time, there’s an issue.
