I’ve unfortunately needed their services for two pets, one about 5-6 years ago and the other very recently. Both times, they were so so unbelievably helpful and caring. Multiple (like 5!) copies of my Duke’s paw and nose print. Everything we asked for, they did or answered. The person that helped us - I’m spacing her name, Emily? Kylie?Blonde, shoulder length hair. They deserve a raise and benefits for how compassionate and thoughtful they were. For real, they helped us so much. Even put a heart on the post-it note. Made me cry!
