There’s an employee at the location that shouldn’t be employed at any retail location. Sean is extremely rude to customers and lies about what’s in stock. And dealt with him multiple times and every time he’s arrogant and condescending. Will laugh at you for asking if something is in stock. I will gladly drive out of my way to avoid going back to this location. Will be calling and filling a complaint to the manager when their available

Went during regular hours and there was no sign on the door, no indication of being closed.... And there was no one to be found. I'm sure that's helping sales before Christmas lol

Hours online say that they are open, so I went over and they were closed. No sign or nothing saying they were closing. What the heck?

Not very friendly, they don't bother talking to you when you purchase something. Complained about customers in front of me and acted all high and mighty about it. I get their job sucks, but maybe be a little more professional.

0 stars if I could. We purchased a ps5 bundle and when we contacted the store they validated having the order and it would be held up to 7 days for pick up. Go to today when we checked if it was cool to come pick up, the staff responded with "We don't have the order." This resulted in them having no option to help on site despite having the same unit in stock & calling corporate customer service that tried saying a refund wouldn't be complete for up to 2 weeks. They took $500. Someone at the store probably is enjoying our nephews' ps5, and HOPEFULLY they'll provide a refund to our bank before Christmas so we can same day pick up from a Best Buy. They will price match deals at Gamestop so just avoid them altogether.

Nothing like going into a game store at night and having to turn around after being in for two minutes because as you walked in, it smelled very heavily of weed walked around thought it would go away, but as you went further in towards the back of the store. It got even worse was going to purchase items, but could not as allergic to the smell and had to immediately leave

Gamestop is a great place to get all of your Video games and consoles. As well as different types of merchandise from your favorite video games anime and cartoons. The atmosphere was great in the store, and the Employee that was working that day was super nice and helpful. The Employee always helped in finding things that I ask for and answered all my item related questions.

They tried to charge me a refurbish fee on a controller because there was dirt on it. Even after I easily dusted it off they said that they would still have to charge a fee cause they saw it had dirt on it when I brought it in. Took it to the GameStop at Tanansbourne and they said this location had a manager that always pulled stuff like that. Avoid this location.

I came in today at this GameStop location at 6:40pm of September 27 Wednesday 2023 and I was kick out in a very disrespectful way and how humiliated I was in front of the others customers in their shopping before I came in. I came in with a 3 friends hoping to buy a funko pops but before we came in a family walk in seconds before we came in. Anyways he looks at us and raise his voice at me and told me to get out the store is closing and I’m no longer serving anyone because I haven’t taken my lunch pointing his fingers at me and escorted me out like if I’m a criminal and slam the door and lock it. I told him that was rude and I wasn’t coming back anymore and his reply was to come back 30mins. this has happened to me twice. I have invested my hard working money in that place and it’s always the same guy. I don’t if he’s not happy with his life or whatever issues he has but he had no right to talk to me like that in front of my friends or especially in front of other customers. I’m canceling my membership and I’m not coming back again ever again. He is a tall caucasian with short blonde hair male. He’s crying about a 30min lunch if the work was to hard or something like all you do is sit down and greet customers life if he doesn’t get enough breaks. I’ve been shopping in that place so many and that place is really dead at times and the workers are bored because the store is never busy unless it’s in holidays

It was strange—my husband went in first to grab his three packs of cards. Then I walked in afterwards with two kids where he assumes we were together…. I told him it’s not okay to assume two people are together. He then tells me I can’t get packs of cards on my own because of company policy. All day, we have gone to several other GameStop location where they all clarified with us, “as long as cards are purchased on different accounts, it’s okay.” We weren’t sharing accounts and he still refused to help me. Couldn’t help but feel discriminated when he said he is denying services when I asked for a manager for clarification and why one particular store had suddenly different policy than other GameStop locations the same day.

I do not blame the person working but GameStop has a no return policy. I know games and cards when opened you can not return them but controllers and controller mods you can not return if opened. That is ridiculous, and I have never heard of a store not returning a product you don’t like. How are you suppose to try the controller or mod if you can’t open it. It’s not like that have the mod on display to use in store. GameStop policy is horrible customer service.
