Absolutely Horrible Experience with staff. Just one in particular , named Elizabeth. I had walked in the store and seen just a small section of the store devoted to men's clothing about 25% of the whole store and the rest for women. I asked Elizabeth is this the only section for the men after i quickly scanned it as there wasnt much and she answered in such a demeaning tone. Critiquing my eyesight saying can't you see that just the 3 small sections. Just a disgusting customer service tone. So much Sass in her voice . I was just mind baffled like what is wrong with you. Why the hostility???
Otherwise the store has a nice selection for women and baby items but for men , you best look elsewhere.

The Gap has tons of high-quality clothing and accessories. I will say that the prices are on the higher side due to the brand. The layout of the store is quite nice. There are different sections divided by ages, for example, babies, kids, and adults. The atmosphere of the store was pretty lively. There were plenty of people inside, but the aisles were spacious, so there were no issues with space. The place was pretty clean and the clothes were all nicely organized. Things are pretty easy to find. Customer service is pretty good as well, with no complaints.Overall, I definitely recommend coming and having a look. And maybe picking up a thing or two.

I don't appreciate being followed around the store when I haven't done anything suspicious. Funny how this lady tried to be low key about it.. when its obvious.. Literally spent less than 10 minutes in the store.

Susie (who had on her apron 20+ years experience) provided exceptional customer service to me today and made the unimaginable happen! She went above and beyond calling two different stores for me while partnering with Andrew in Seattle to get me the pants in the size that I needed! Thank you Gap for creating such a fun place to shop and for Susie for making my wishes come true on what we thought was a sold out product!! Yay!!

Liked this store. They have different stores side by side for adults,kids & baby which I loved cos u don't need to visit all the sections unnecessarily.

First came in I was greeted very nicely with a very good detail of the Sales that was going on today by an older Sales rep. But the one that was helping me at the end was very cold and unfriendly and not very helpful at all.
