We came yesterday and there weren't many customers. There was no a hello or thank you for coming when we left. I counted at least three welcome and two thank you for coming to customers. We were the only the people of color at the store. We didn't find anything and do we left to H&M and found what we were looking for and bought it. So no thank you.

Went on a Sunday afternoon on either June 20th or June 27th-- a brunette younger gal with a jean jacket on was overly eager to help, she asked about 5 times if we needed help and we told her each time we were just looking around for an upcoming trip. I went to go try on a few blouses and was taking awhile because I wasn't sure of the fit, the brunette associate came to my dressing room door and did a police knock and I told her "I'm just fine, thanks" she did a almost antagonizing "YOURE WELCOME". I later found out she was circling my husband who was waiting for me outside of the dressing room still looking at t-shirts. I don't get it... at all. I won't be back, it was so rude I wish I would have said something. It ruined our outing for that day and we just decided to check out and leave. We spent over $200 getting vacation clothes so I'm unsure if she thought we were stealing? We weren't-- we just thought she was annoying and did not need her help. She seemed offended but I'm not going to have a lengthy conversation about t-shirts on my day off, just let me roam around and enjoy my time. Would not recommend this location. Check-out lady seemed very tired and like her day was dragging on. I'll go elsewhere next time or to another Gap.

The store had a great selection the dressing rooms are big enough to get around. Plenty of mirrors(going to have to get a gym membership) items were good quality with reasonable prices. I was also happy with the staff and check out process. Definitely a two thumbs up experience

I think everyone who was in the store today was trying to get something returned or exchanged. I saw two other people leave unsatisfied, and I was the third. I purchased a pair of shorts (pictured), but after I wore them once, the rivets came off. So I brought them back and got a new pair, same size. However, the shorts were clearly not the same size (photo attached). When I brought the shorts back a second time, they told me they couldn't exchange them...even though you can clearly see there was a defect somewhere in the manufacturing process. I called the Gap customer service number, explained what happened, and will be mailing my shorts in for another review. If an item is a defect, they have a different process to follow than for normal returns/exchanges. Now I have to go to the post office, and lord knows I would never willingly do that.

I shop in this store often, we love the clothes there. Each time we've been in the store we've been greeted and asked if we needed any help. The customer service is great. My kids love that they carry disney themed clothes and can find things in there that I know will hold up more than one or two wears.

This store is the best gap I've been in. Everytime I go in, Brook, Daisy and Sinclair are so helpfull. And the new store manager, Jason, is the best. I'm always greeted when I enter and they let me know what's on sale that will look good on me and the level of personal attention is just superb. This location is the best. The other stores are good to but for my money, The Gap in Tannisbourne is where I prefer to shop for quality clothing ar good prices in the company of a great sales team.

Usually everyone is super nice here but there is one girl who is just fake as hell and is just horrible to deal with. I think her name is Misha? Anyhow~ love the service from the rest of the team there. But this girl just makes me not want to shop at this location at all.

I can usually find very good deals here and clothes in larger sizes from being ordered online. Service is nice but some days feels slow and often too pressured to get their card.

This place robs my wallet dry! I go in with the goal of one shirt, and maybe a skirt and walk out with clothes for the entire family. Shirts, pants, dresses, socks, pj's, shoes. Ugh. The clothes are just so adorable for the little ones and can't restrain myself. The staff is awesome. They are always so helpful and quick. So, then why the 3 star review? Well, it isn't the employees fault. Time after time I have gone in here and the bathrooms are nasty, sometimes plugged with the most hellish of, well, you know, and out of paper, filthy and nasty. I have brought my concerns to the staff multiple times. Every time they say that their cooperate bosses have FORBID them from servicing the bathrooms during the work day. They are not allowed to touch them! What!?!? Yup, that's what they are saying, though one gal told me she thinks the rule is ridiculous and she has on several occasion broken the rule and cleaned up the bathroom after customer complaints. I won't name her, she is one of the best employees there and GAP should be thanking their lucky stars they have people like her smart enough to break their stupid rules, otherwise I would likely just not go in there anymore.

This has to be the most disorganized Gap I have ever been in! It was a complete mess. Jeans tossed everywhere and not one employee cleaning it up. The dressing room was dirty and run down. I was shocked! They really need to improve this Gap..they should be ashamed.

Having been to all of the Gap stores in town, I find I go out of my way to stop by this one. I find that the selection/availability can't be beat, the merchandise is always organized and displayed beautifully, and the staff are helpful without being pushy.
