I can't recommend GAW enough! Took my BMW here when it started acting like a dramatic European luxury vehicle (which it is). Honest, respectful, and communicative service...not to mention hundreds of dollars cheaper than the quotes I received from dealerships. I don't know what this witchcraft is, but I like it and I'll be back.

E70 BMW X5 needed a new battery cable + sensor and ECU install. Very knowledgeable and quick repair! Taking it back for a full maintenance service early next year.

Great experience here - got my AC repaired there the day after I called - would’ve been waiting at least a week anywhere else - and the total even ended up being slightly under what had been communicated in the estimate.

Be wary of their service advisors.
I personally did not end up using their service but had requested a quote for VW Golf Xenon bulb replacements.
I was quoted 4 hours of labor and told that they only work with OEM bulbs because otherwise the car would throw error messages
I didn't believe either of those things so I decided to brave the process myself.
As a complete and total amateur I managed to get the bulbs replaced in two hours with a single small ratchet using after market bulbs and have no errors to show for it.

I went out of town and made it clear after I dropped off my car. Do not repair anything without my consent. After a week of returning from Atlanta. I never heard so I went up there and they had started on repairs without my consent. Red Flag absolutely yes.
I paid 4,000.00 and then 600.00 in repairs that's never got corrected. Its a Shame how people will smile in your face for profit. The engine light came on 25 Miles after driving and I took it back and got charged additional cost
I have a half million in total reviews.
Karna is real.
I have waited a while to make a review.
Do not use this outfit !!!

Whatever you do, don’t go here.
I called in advance and explained I had a high top Mercedes Sprinter. They never mentioned once that it was not going to fit in their shop.
It took them 4 hours to do a tire rotation and oil change that I do not entirely trust. Owner did a lot of yelling and it appeared to be extra difficult for him in ways I have not experienced in other shops, albeit he had no lifts. Had complained of my lug nuts being too short, which I will look into, but no one has mentioned this to me at any of the other shops I have been too and trust more. The owners seem like nice people but it was so strange to wait so long for such slow work.
When I left tire sensor went on and when I returned and I complained that this service was more costly than normal and now I had a light on, an employee became extremely defensive rather than trying to make it right. Said “we aren’t a tire shop,” after reading my vehicle codes and never bothered to check tire pressure. I was 20 PSI bellow where I should have been in both rear tires. They literally never checked my tire pressure before or after I complained.
There was no concern for my safety. Went around the corner to Aloha Motors and they were kind enough to check my tire pressure and get me safe again.
This is the longest I have ever waited for the worst service of my life. Avoid this place at all costs.

I originally brought my VW in to fix an oil leak. Once I got my car back, I got a gas leak, coolant leak and caused my car to consume oil too fast. They barely test drive the car once the mechanic "fixes" the issues. They tried to say that it's not there fault that all the other problems occurred when the oil leak was fixed. Had to spend way more for them to just put new parts in my engine and yet to still have it consume oil too fast.

Today was my first visit to German Autoworks. Customer service was top notch from Jamie the receptionist to all those involved in diagnosing and repairing my car. I will be bringing my car here for future maintenance and any repairs. Many thanks!!

The owners and the Technicians they were amazing they helped me locate the problem of my car and before anything was done they let me know, cause I thought it Was something else and I really really appreciated that, i'd take my car there anytime

BMW X5 bought it used with 100,300ish miles, drove it to Montana, California and back home to South Hillsboro, Oregon. Pop bang on the top of the I-405 bridge last Saturday. Aleksey figured it out and fixed in less than a day!

Went into this shop to have vanos gear replaced and they replaced qith a cheap aftermarket that lasted me 3 months and then it failed throwing my timing off and damaging my engine. Took back in there and they won't fix the car and now I'm out and have purchase a new engine. Multiple times they told me it was covered under warranty and at thw end they wanted to charge me more. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemyService: Engine repair
