Loving the small class size and focus on weightlifting. The trainers really help with form. This is a great gym in general, but especially for anyone new to CrossFit and weightlifting!

By far the best Crossfit gym you can find around here. It is more weightlifting oriented which makes it super challenging for whomever want to advance and improve your skills. I like that the owner and staff are super involved and it almost feel like a private session on every class!

This gym is amazing. I did the free week trial and then signed up and am so glad I did. I showed up and followed the programming here consistently for the last 7 months and it completely transformed my life for the better. The community and coaches are incredibly supportive and welcoming, no matter your fitness level. Definitely recommend!

Environment:Crossfit gym that focuses on the people, being healthy, and getting in there to do whatever workout you can that day - no pressure or shame, only confidence building and cheers.If you want to do competitions, they'll help you get there - if you're just there to be healthier, they'll provide the same amount of support. You won't be left out because you have to scale a workout or you don't want to drink the CrossFit Kool-Aid.Training Type:Lots of lifting here (emphasis on the lifting) mixed with CrossFit WODs and accessory work to make sure you're building muscle and endurance all around. You make the workouts as easy or hard as you want - great environment for beginners or veterans of the fitness life.

Ethan is awesome, I haven’t met Lindsey yet. I appreciate that the value of gratitude is literally in the name of their business. Coach and the members are welcoming, there is quite a diverse group here- all fitness levels welcome. I started just a few months ago, coming from a place of not working out, certainly not lifting weights, and dealing with a lot of lower back and hip pain. Between the strengthening and stretching Ethan has coached on, this pain has subsided significantly, while going to chiropractors regularly wouldn't help the pain long term. I can’t say enough thanks to Ethan and GSC!

Such a fabulous gym and community. Friends are made quickly here! It’s been amazing to be part of a diverse (in age, ethnicity, stage of life and way of life), inclusive and truly welcoming space.Lindsey and Ethan are awesome coaches - they’re incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and able to meet anyone at whatever stage they’re in on their fitness journey.Love the focus on strength in the programming too. I’ve definitely seen and felt a lot of improvement - just from showing up!

The gym and equipment are top notch. The community is one of a kind. You won’t be judged or looked down upon. There are athletes of every skill level, and all the workouts can be scaled to your level.Ethan has been wonderful to work out with! He is very outgoing and knows how to keep the sessions fun but productive. He knows his stuff and provides very helpful advice and tips throughout the workout. He will help you on your technique and progress, and give you the motivation you need to keep going.Lindsey has helped me achieve my goals so far and I love our sessions. She makes it fun and enjoyable to train and she is very motivating and encouraging!

I love Gratitude Strength Club! I started going here late last summer (2021). I started personal training with Ethan, and in one month he helped me gain enough strength and mobility to take daily classes.I have learned so much from him and from Lindsey. They are both excellent trainers and coaches. They truly care about each individual and make sure you get the help you need to do your best and become stronger.I looked for years for a gym like this, and it is exactly what I was looking for. I love the combination of Olympic-style weight lifting and training/conditioning exercises. I now feel stronger and more able to take on life with this training.I love going to the 12 noon class and everyone cheers each other on. This is the place to be!

I've been going here for about a year and a half, and I love it. It's great for folks at lots of different ability levels, and the coaches are super helpful with modifications if you need them. Everyone is really kind and welcoming in my experience, and both Ethan and Lindsey are both fantastic. Come hang out!

Ethan and Lyndsey are excellent personal trainings and coaches.GSC Welcomes all levels from beginners to more experienced CrossFitters. They go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Gratitude Strength Club (GSC) has reshaped the way I view gyms and personal training. My parents and I started training with Ethan almost a year ago when we neither knew what to expect from the training nor our capabilities.Through various techniques and exercises, Ethan has helped my parents and me with improving mobility, stability and agility. My parents are both over 70 and Ethan has trained them with techniques for fall prevention, posture correction and stability using minimal-impact exercises. I have greatly benefited from Ethan’s training as he constantly encourages me to push the envelope of my exercise abilities.The regular training by Ethan at GSC has helped us keep mentally and physically fit through these challenging times.
