Loyal customer for years and years
My first time at this location and WOW!
The manager lady (Maria??) and another lady were real busy
but acknowledged me right away. then as I watched the manager beginning to cut a young girls hair (with special needs)
and the patience and love and kindness that the manager showed to the young girl was heart warming to say the least. I was blown away at her gentle care of the young girl. When the girls mom came out of bathroom i told her how much love the manager had given to her daughter, and she said she had been there before, I smiled and walked away. I got a good haircut and the same kindness from the manager. Will def. be back. after a trying hard day These actions from the manager made my day better :)

Lady wouldn't stop talking and didn't listen to what my teenager wanted she cut his hair too short and didn't look anything close to the picture showed to her. She kept saying she was an artist and such. She definitely not an artist when it comes to hair now my kid wants to wear a hat until it grows out.

Booked online. Showed up at 1:45, was informed they were closing early at 2:00, despite having customers waiting. I was turned away, even though it wasn't even 2. Frustrating that the place turns away paying customers who have a reservation. Sure would have been nice if they turned off their reservation system before I drove there.

Melinda did a great job of fine-tuning my haircut! I'd been cutting my own hair for months and wanted it to be done professionally. She spent the time necessary to listen to the things I was concerned about and to take the time to do an excellent job! I consider myself very lucky that she was available today and look forward to asking for her in the future!

My experience with Erick was very bad, he had a bad attitude, he gave my daughter's haircut terribly, I really don't recommend them, don't let him take care of you.
