WARNING: This location does NOT honor or validate valid Great Clips coupons!
I went to Great Clips – Tanasbourne Village, Portland, and they flat out refused to honor/validate Great Clips coupons, even though the coupon clearly says valid in Portland and surrounding areas. When I asked them to at least try entering the code in the system, they didn’t even attempt it — just said “we don’t accept it.”
This is misleading and unfair. Why issue coupons if certain locations won’t honor them? Customers expect consistency, not excuses. I won’t be returning, and I hope corporate takes notice.

I visited this salon recently and unfortunately found the atmosphere to be quite unfriendly. From the moment I walked in, the staff did not seem welcoming or approachable. I hope they work on improving their customer service, because a friendly environment makes all the difference.

Great Clips is the best. A decent price and no appointment required. I always get somebody experienced and have not had a bad haircut yet

They don’t listen instructions. They just used a trimmer and cut all the hair off. When I said is it what the picture I showed you before cutting look like,they said no and didn’t give a damn! Shame
