I love Hand and Stone! It is the best...so helpful if you need to change billing or move appointments. The facials are incredible but SPECIFICALLY Megan is MAGICAL. Feels like she has a million hands and it is so relaxing I could fall asleep. I treat myself every month.

Membership is a complete rip off. For over a year I couldn’t book any appointments because they were full and the 2 times I did get an appointment THEY called to cancel. I ended up putting my membership on hold n honestly forgot. I paid easily over $600-$800 n received NO service except when I joined. I called a few days ago to see if maybe now they had availability n they said yes but I couldn’t use any of my paid packages. The regional manager is a complete idiot saying it’s not about the money it’s about my communication, so I asked if it’s not about money then reimburse me since I didn’t use but once in a 1yrs time because they didn’t have appointments. He said I had to get the membership again an “MAYBE” could get a service. He just kept repeating its not about the money it’s my lack of communication. He also accepted that they didn’t really have available but somehow it’s my fault for them being super booked and I guess they can keep my money because of it. DONT GET THE MEMBERSHIP

I come here regularly for facial, and note that I have no complain about the facial services at all. Yesterday was the first time I tried their waxing service for full arm and the service was awful. First of all, the management should not make this a paid service with the technician I was provided with. I almost wanted to walk away middle of the service but patiently waited hoping it will get better. Unfortunately it did not, the technician does not know how to do waxing at all, it was painful. ineffective and ended up with bruise on my right hand. When I mentioned the awful quality of service to the reception, they did not really offer anything to make it up for me except kept asking about if I would like to subscribe to their membership (!)... no!! At least try to read the room that I just wasted my $60 to get a full arm waxing only to get hurt and bruises!

I am a bride-to-be who happens to be recovering from a concussion. My maid of honor got me a gift card for a 60-minute body massage. When I made the appointment I was asked for a card but it was never charged and the gift card was accepted and used. The lady who massaged me was Sadie, and she did a wonderful job! I was very stressed, slightly injured, and have never had a professional massage before. She did an excellent job of explaining what was needed of me, what other comforts were available (changing room temp or head cradle angle for example), and my boundaries were fully respected. I was able to relax and trust her easily. She found a lot of tension and worked on them without causing pain - and asked if she was applying too much pressure. I left feeling more movement in my muscles than I can remember (but it all being safe). It was an excellent experience! Also loosened me up so the chiropractor I see got more movement out of me than she ever has!

The Hillsboro location was an absolute treat! I got a massage with Teresa and my first facial ever with Becca and both were fabulous, I cannot wait to go back again! All their staff was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable at every moment.

Massage was poorly done, despite sharing the areas of the body I wanted work done on. Felt like the therapist did not have much experience, did not listen to me, wasn't able to use strong pressure, and didn't know how to massage other parts of the body besides the back. Very disappointing!

I had a perinatal massage at this location and it was the worst experience ever. It was not good and did not help with pregnancy back pain at all. it was basically waste of time and money .
I mentioned to the therapist that my lower back is the worst part that hurts and bothers me. she didn’t pay attention to it. Didn’t even touch it.
She was tired and she didn’t put any effort to it and instead of focusing on my back she kept massaging my hands and arms. Spent most of the time fixing the table sheet over and over. the actual massage was approximately 20 minutes or less instead of one hour
Bad experience ever. Would not recommend this place

Online price is bait and switch.
89.00 online and charged a handicap person on social security $50.00 above the online price because I'm a return customer. $139.00
I will never return and I will not recommend Hand & Stone due to FALSE ADVERTISING IN MY OPNION.
