Very professional and cordial customer service from the second I entered the store! I needed my Movado and husband’s Seiko watch batteries to be replaced. Normal procedure requires 2 days drop off. My husband’s, the gasket for his watch needed to be replaced and recommended to be properly serviced and sealed at Seiko Factory for proper repair/replacement for pressure leaks etc. So, as I was working on the required documents, the manager was very considerate having few minutes to spare, he offered replace my battery! I leave on a flight in less than 24 hrs, and thought I was going to fly feeling naked without wearing my watch! (most ppl know what I’m talking about;) ) Wish I’ve gotten his name! Overall, with my gabbing … my first visit and impression was an outstanding experience and I would recommend the business!Mahalos Nui Loa!

Terrible workmanship.I brought in a bracelet whose tiny clasp was a little loose, and the bracelet was slightly bent (originally it was oval). I had asked for both the problems to be fixed, and also explicitly asked that if they replace the clasp I'd like to have the old one back.When I went in to collect the "repaired" bracelet, it was still bent and misshapen. The clasp that they put was humongous and was looking extremely out of place on the intricate bracelet.They had even thrown away the original clasp despite my instructions earlier not to. The sales person who was attending to me tried to downplay the issue of the still misshapen bracelet by saying she would not have noticed the bent shape (as if not noticing such obvious flaws in your product is a desirable trait you'd want in a jewelry shop professional).End result : The bracelet I received was in an overall worse condition than when I had brought it in. I could have simply put a tiny drop of glue to fix my loose original clasp and made it work.Their goldsmiths have no sense of beauty, skill or intricate repair-work. I'd urge you to get your jewelry repaired elsewhere if you want professionalism and skilled workers.

I was so impressed with Emily and her kind nature. My day did not go as planned and I showed up 10 minutes before closing to get our rings cleaned. Not only did she smile and say “we can do that” but she also made sure our cleanings would be done before we left town at 11 am the next morning.Reason #127865234 I keep coming back to David and his crew. The sign may say Jareds, but to me it's the personal touch that David and his team always treat their customers.

I loved the customer service and quality. BUT was very disappointed when my fiancés ring sat there 3 extra days because We never received an email, text or phone call letting us know that it was ready for pickup. Luckily I called to check on it. Then was told that it’s been ready for days. Other than that, the experience has been great.

Went to Jared to get a wedding band. Walked out of there with a wedding band and necklace. Tamara was great. She was friendly, attentive and helpful. My husband and I will definitely be back and we will definitely recommend the place.

Tamera is amazing, but the whole staff really is. My fiance wanted a special fing, not the usual boring mens wedding ring. This was a challenge with his size being a 15. After over 10 stores I went to this Jared's. Best service we had! Not only did he get his dream ring. The process was smooth and fun! And they stayed in the budget I told them. I'd give more then 5 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

Bambi and Tamara were so welcoming and helpful when it came to picking out a replacement wedding ring I've never had customer service so good in any other Jewelry store. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Poor quality. Awhile back, I brought in a beautiful Platinum diamond ring to have sized down and during that time period, I bought two rings. The platinum ring was to be sized down and somehow, not only did they destroy the center diamonds, but thinned out the thickness of my platinum ring. They did replace the diamonds in the end, but the ring is thin and did not fix the platinum ring back to it’s original thickness.I have tried to move past this horrible experience. But now, I have a new ring that I purchased - white gold that looks yellow because the quality is so poor. Too much nickel? I’ve never had this happen with my other rings purchased from competitors. The second ring purchased broke in half- no, I will not take it there to get fixed. They broke my trust and I’m very unhappy with my entire experience and my beautiful ring ruined because they did such a horrible job sizing.

Horrible service at the door. Immediately got sassy attitude from the man making a waiting list back in November. I had a stone loose and after picking it up it was still loose and not fixed (that's the only thing I came in for) I didn't want to have to make another 1 hour trip from Washington to get atittude again so I've been without a ring on my finger for more than half a year now.Next time don't be telling your clients that have spent close to 30k at your store in a sassy voice "yeah hi, you better be prepared to wait 45 min or come back another day." - the moment I walk in. It's not the wait... I'm fine with waiting, as expeted. It's the tone and presentation of how he said it because I was wearing swears whilst running errands maybe? I saw his judging eyes. Just rude.
