the service was absoultly horrible! i asked a worker if they had a changing room to try on my peice of clothing and she said "I can tell you right now your to fat for for that" dont waste your time on this place!!!j- side note: they also didn't give me my free 20 inches of fabric for my birthday like a lady on tiktok said they would. not satisfied

What a great store. We've been here many times to get craft materials for everything from special events to costumes. They are always super helpful and have great deals. Recently my wife's sewing machine stopped working and I called to see if there was anything they could do to help out. Kelly at this store went above and beyond to get us a solution and we couldn't be happier. Definitely will be back!

I went in the other day after hearing they sell watercolors and other art supplies. That aisle was an absolute dosaster zone. It looked like looters had been through there. What few items were left on the mostly barren shelves were in total disarray. I was disgusted and I will not be back.

I went here today to get some ostrich feathers online said they had in stock. I am temporarily disabled from having knee surgery and struggled to get around the store to track down an employee to help me. when I did she walked as fast as possible and didn’t wait up for me while I was visibly unable to keep up. she then briefly looked said she didn’t see them and walked away. I tried to look around but couldn’t find the feathers where they were supposed to be. I grabbed a number and waited my turn for the fabric cutter and I asked her if she could possibly help me locate the feathers. They repeatedly told me I “wasn’t looking hard enough” and to “look harder” stating that if it wasn’t in its spot it was misplaced or in the back and that there’s no way they can retrieve it. I asked if there was any way that I could get them today and she said after she helps everyone else she would help me look. I waited and waited and she never came to help. I then went to another employee restocking fabric and was immediately greeted with a harsh “I can’t leave what I’m doing to help you” followed by her not listening to me when I stated what I was looking for and telling me yet again that there’s no way they can get it for me even if they have it they won’t help. Feeling frustrated I started to cry and tried to walk away and she wouldn’t let me, she kept badgering the same sentiment that they couldn’t get it for me.I walked into the sewing machine area and cried. when I got myself together I went to the register and asked the worker there if she could help and she stated no that their hours have been cut back and they’re unable to get anything out of the back room because of “boxes”. I ended up placing an online order for what I needed at a different Joann fabric. keep in mind I was one of 7 customers in the entire store and had a visible limp and was offered and given little to no help, and spoken to so rudely that I ended up crying in the store.I’ll never go back to this location and their employees need a lesson on not only customer care but disability inclusion and how to help those who need it. and it seems they could do with organizational training as well considering they couldn’t begin to find the item their systems told me and them they had in stock. if I could give no stars I would.

I spent half an hour driving to this store and very surprised by arriving around of 7pm the store is closed by fake reason about road conditions. All other stores around are working with no changes.

If you want to test drive purgatory come here!!!! No staff to help! No organization, and many other people wondering around looking frustrated at not being able to find what they are there for.... But if you are lucky enough to run down the one employee they have walking the store when you ask about a product their app says they have in stock you are told it hasn't been processed yet so you can't buy it. When this business eventually goes into cooperate bankruptcy and folds they will only have to look at their garbage app that won't process purchases, junk website that freezes and processes searches at the speed of dileup on a remote Alaska island, hellish store organization, and worthless customer service.... If you are looking at how to run a retail business do everything the opposite of this place and you should be fine....

I used to love this place but it’s gradually gone downhill. Today was the final straw. I placed an online order last night, got an email that my order was ready just before 5pm. Showed up around 6:45 g gf or curbside pickup. Waited 15-20 minutes before giving up and going inside where I was ignored at the customer service desk for another 15 minutes. At one point a checker past me and told me it would be a minute then proceeded to ignore me (people were checked out who got in line well after I was told it would be a minute). Finally got help and the next person disappeared for another 10 minutes, returned and went back to checking without saying a word to me. It was another 5 minutes later that a different person brought out my stuff and said it hadn’t been bagged despite the now 2 1/2 hour old email. To make matters worse, the email said I would be shorted like 2 items but it turned out I got less than HALF. No apologies or politeness. What a waste of my time.

Lupia, The lady at the register was rush rush rush and could wait for my mother in-law to count out her chang to pay. Even after being told she was going to pay in exact change. Very rude. Very disappointed ?

Pretty bad experience with the app. Shipped to store instead of pickup since products were available. I was charged $10 extra, had to wait, package didn’t have my name so I had to wait for the manager. I spent a few hours and wasted money for a $6 purchase.

I have been shopping at this location for over a year now as I try to grow my small floral jewelry business and I have to say that it is honestly a pleasure being a costumer here! Diane and Maryanne are, in particular, my favorite staff members to work with because they are always extremely helpful, usually are quite funny, and always make my shopping experience a little better. They always ask how my business is doing and give me encouragement and I'd just really like to shout them and that entire Joann Fabrics out as an awesome establishment! Thanks for everything and highly recommended this store!

Lots of craft items but they can be in the pricey side. Price matching really helps in a lot of situations.

The staff was super friendly and helpful even though I came in right before closing which I know is really annoying! The selection was really great and I wish I had more time to browse! Grateful again for the kind employees/cashiers!
