Worst experience ever! I usually go to the branch in Tigard off of scholls ferry and North Dakota st. There they are very welcoming and helpful. This branch’s customer service was horrible. I was helped by a teller named Michelle potter. She made me feel like a burden. While making small remarks about me bringing in my rolled up coins to deposit. I will never return to this branch again.

Poor experience. The worst experience I have. Neither, the manager. nor the subordinate have right and clear understanding of offers the bank is giving. They said something while opening the account and they literally changed what they explained earlier. They were rude, especially the main lady(I think Tiyana) was very rude and ungrateful. Worst customer service and experience. Will never take Keybank service.

Customer service is excellent at this branch. As soon as I walk in, I’m greeted, treated like I’m important, and their knowledge is excellent. Wont go anywhere else.

Thank you so much to Tiyana for helping us. She is very friendly and is always available to help us even when it was to do with another bank who messed up our payments she was the one who helped us through many hours of getting it all straightened out. KeyBank is the best because of Tiyana who really helped us! Thank you. Iosif & Larisa

The female manager here is incredibly rude. It's no wonder this branch's staff seem miserably slow, I feel bad for them to have to work under her. Maybe it's cus I'm Asian that she looked at me like it was a stereotypical crime for me to simply ask about waiving their nearly $40 WAIVE FEE over $1.99 transaction that overdrew me. She acted as if I knew the check I deposited from my mortgage company was going to charge back causing this whole situation. She kept saying there's a lot that the bank has to deal with when "you deposit a bad check". You're rude lady and you make Keybank look bad, shame on you!!!!!

I have been banking here for over 2 years. They are having the same issue everyone is having. People don't want to join the work force and the bank is suffering in customer service. The best thing about this bank is Tiyana M. she is almost always there and welcomes me by name. The other people there that have been there more than a few weeks welcome everyone very kindly and polite. I have been starting to see more of the same people recently and I hope they stay.I have called several times and they will take care of you and not make phone calls a hassle.I make regular visits and they sometimes take a minute but they do help you and are all good people. As for the bad reviews, I'm sure they are perfect at their own jobs...if they have jobs. The kind of negative complains they are leaving here are obvious from people who don't have jobs and daddy gives them an allowance. Keep up the good work Key bank.Worth mentioning, there are 2 Key Bank branches closer to me. I go to this location not because they are better then the other two but because the first time I went in person they offered the best service they could, I value service and reward with loyalty.Thank you guys!

Terrible banking policies. Illegally opened an account in my name and will not disclose my information to me because I cannot provide information in the account that was never given to me but still requested my full social, name, address, dob, phone number. Every single person I spoke with asked for this information but it clearly states in the one and only email I received that you don't ask for this information outside of being in person.Terrible customer service. After an hour on the phone with 3 different customer service representatives and a manager I still received nothing. All 4 agents gave me different information.I called at opening, 9am, told them my issue. They took my information and said someone would call me by the end of the day because they were busy assisting other customers. I was provided no other options or information.Worst decision to try banking with them. 1 star because 0 or negatives aren't possible.Update: an additional hour on the phone with a bank branch representative and their manager before I was transferred to another customer representative to be denied any actual help again. On a side note: only 1 representative out of the 7 had good customer service skills and that happened to be the last person I spoke with. The branch manager, as unhelpful as she was, at least tried to help. Every other representative I spoke with immediately had an attitude and continued to become more abrasive until the call ended or they passed me onto another person. Out of the 7 people I spoke with, only 1 seemed to know what they were actually talking about. None of your employees seemed to be in agreement with anything that was said to me other than your policies were unfair and your online banking is broken.Long story short, illegal, unfair and morally wrong banking practices. Misinformation.Long story: I applied for an account online. Simple enough right? Instead of getting confirmation about my account, after submitting my application I was prompted by the website that I was awaiting approval. This prompt implied I was waiting for approval, not that the account was opening nor did it notify me that an account would be opened in my name.At one point I was asked for a deposit amount but it did not actually let me make any kind of deposit or ask for information required to do so. I did not create an account and it will not let me create an account. They only information I have received from keybank is one email with the type of account, the last 4 of the account number and the day it was opened. It tells me to log in but provides no information on how to do so. KeyBank will not provide that information or fix the issue.Every employee I spoke with, even managers, said I should have been given an account number, I should have a receipt for my deposit and that I should have had instant approval. They suggested it was my mistake that I wasn't given an account number. I was told I shouldn't have been able to create an account without a deposit. Another idea was that my account is open but processing because I applied online and I did it after normal banking hours.I can't close the account because it isn't "open" but I can't open the account because I don't have an account number and they refuse to give it to me. Even if I'm able to find a way to close the account I'll have to pay the fees associated with keeping the account open and pay additional fees for closing it.I was interested in KeyBank because of a promotion and it's suggested ease of access. Now all I feel is scammed and taken advantage of. On top of that, I wasted time to be treated like a 2nd class citizen by multiple employees and will most likely wind up paying for it financially or theyll ruin my credit as before mentioned in other reviews.

Tiyana Martell has been a huge help for me as I am expanding on my business. She's been very helpful with understanding SBA loans and merchant services for the health care industry. I have been with Wells Fargo for decades and finally decided to explore another bank and I am very happy with Key Bank and Tiyana's team. Thank you.

Not a super fan of this branch. I went in today to take money from my account and put it in my father In laws for a monthly payment I pay him. I had a voided check with the account number. However the person helping me said there were multiple accounts and asked which one and told me what one of the accounts was which I felt was a bit of invasion of privacy. I had the voided check with the account it was to go Into so I am unsure why I was given some info on one of the accounts that luckily I already know but what if I didn't? I also have a brain Injury and was extremely confused with how difficult this was even though I had a check with the account number. I will not be using this branch when I go in next month to do a deposit to his account again.

Worst banking experience ever. I was a client for 6 years and complained to corporate 1 time about late fees/over draft fees just recently. Key was quick to help and offered a solution. I felt pretty good about the situation. After that I was notified by mail they will be closing all my accounts. When it came time to withdraw the remaining money from the accounts they added a closing an account early fee.

I opened all my accounts here, along with my heloc. Tiyana is the manager there and doesn't mess around! She runs a great team, very genuine. She deserves to have her face to be put on a coin!
