When our business was shut down for Covid our current bank would not participate in the paycheck protection program. This left our business without any assistance. We called every bank to see if we could get into the PPP through them. We were turned away by every bank except KeyBank. They are the reason that our business was able to survive the pandemic. We are truly grateful to KeyBank for actual being there to help local small businesses!

Poor customer service here. Maybe other branches are different but the people that run this one are unreasonable and not very personable.My wallet was lost along with all of my forms of identification so I went in to get a temporary ATM card and a replacement debit card but was only issued a replacement debit card that got sent to my home address "that I confirmed with them verbally".I was told I could not get a temporary ATM card because I had no form of ID. I said fine, and I asked to just make a withdrawal from my checking account and offered to provide my mobile banking login information and prove to them I am the rightful owner and operator of my accounts and really begged for some help to get grocery money tonight but was told that they cannot trust me without government issue ID. (They said a temporary paper one from DMV would work).One would think if I'm offering to log in to my mobile app on the phone that I have so they could cross reference all of my account numbers and activity, they could make an exception if someone's really asking for help. Especially after doing many many years of business together.I have two checkings accounts, one savings account and a credit line through keybank. I guess you can look at this as a super secure way to bank but I'd like to work with people that are willing to work with me. I think it's safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. Nice job proud branch manager...I will say that the teller that helped me directly was actually helpful and kind. Not so much the shot caller that they had to refer to.

My experience with key Bank has been absolutely horrible I was in the hospital for emergency heart surgery for over a month key Bank sent my bank card with FedEx FedEx left my bank card on my at my door someone stole my bank card somebody used it the ATM card set it up as if I was using it p KeyBank has yet to resolve the issue I have been without money my bills are behind because they will not give me a provisional credit

Disabled parking is the rear of the building. People with disabilities have to navigate around the entire building to enter this bank.

Awful service. The women here extremely busy with gossiping. I don't know how they even manage to stay afloat. Won't be coming here in the future. Might even switch banks.

Had a really great experience with Cristina. My husband and I came into the bank to open checking accounts. Not only was Cristina friendly and thorough, she even took the extra step to help us set up our direct deposit with our places of employment. Really appreciate the great and genuine experience.

Terrible banking policies. Illegally opened an account in my name and will not disclose my information to me because I cannot provide information in the account that was never given to me but still requested my full social, name, address, dob, phone number. Every single person I spoke with asked for this information but it clearly states in the one and only email I received that you don't ask for this information outside of being in person.Terrible customer service. After an hour on the phone with 3 different customer service representatives and a manager I still received nothing. All 4 agents gave me different information.I called at opening, 9am, told them my issue. They took my information and said someone would call me by the end of the day because they were busy assisting other customers. I was provided no other options or information.Worst decision to try banking with them. 1 star because 0 or negatives aren't possible.Update: an additional hour on the phone with a bank branch representative and their manager before I was transferred to another customer representative to be denied any actual help again.On a side note: only 1 representative out of the 7 had good customer service skills and that happened to be the last person I spoke with. The branch manager, as unhelpful as she was, at least tried to help. Every other representative I spoke with immediately had an attitude and continued to become more abrasive until the call ended or they passed me onto another person. Out of the 7 people I spoke with, only 1 seemed to know what they were actually talking about. None of your employees seemed to be in agreement with anything that was said to me other than your policies were unfair and your online banking is broken.Long story short, illegal, unfair and morally wrong banking practices. Misinformation.Long story: I applied for an account online. Simple enough right? Instead of getting confirmation about my account, after submitting my application I was prompted by the website that I was awaiting approval. This prompt implied I was waiting for approval, not that the account was opening nor did it notify me that an account would be opened in my name.At one point I was asked for a deposit amount but it did not actually let me make any kind of deposit or ask for information required to do so. I did not create an account and it will not let me create an account.They only information I have received from keybank is one email with the type of account, the last 4 of the account number and the day it was opened. It tells me to log in but provides no information on how to do so. KeyBank will not provide that information or fix the issue.Every employee I spoke with, even managers, said I should have been given an account number, I should have a receipt for my deposit and that I should have had instant approval. They suggested it was my mistake that I wasn't given an account number. I was told I shouldn't have been able to create an account without a deposit. Another idea was that my account is open but processing because I applied online and I did it after normal banking hours.I can't close the account because it isn't "open" but I can't open the account because I don't have an account number and they refuse to give it to me. Even if I'm able to find a way to close the account I'll have to pay the fees associated with keeping the account open and pay additional fees for closing it.I was interested in KeyBank because of a promotion and it's suggested ease of access. Now all I feel is scammed and taken advantage of. On top of that, I wasted time to be treated like a 2nd class citizen by multiple employees and will most likely wind up paying for it financially or theyll ruin my credit as before mentioned in other reviews.

someone tried to electronically transfer 799.99 from my acct. Key bank declined the transaction. They sent me a txt message about it and found two smaller charges that had been paid and got those refunded toxmy account. Thank you

Discriminated against me. Closed my active account on Dec 23rd two days before Christmas in a malicious act intended to harm me. Can you imagine having your account closed without notice two days before Christmas. I wasn't notified until Jan 6th. I made a formal complaint with the FTC.

I have been very happy with the service from Key Bank. I move to Key from another national bank, due to their lack of service. My account rep has been fantastic and is not manager of this branch. pfb
