I have been with Key Bank nearly 4 years. They have been extremely good in my opinion as a bank. The bank tillers are helpful and friendly most of the time.

Very helpful and professional staff at this branch. I could not find any other way to review their Auto Loan processing department so I am writing it here.[First time] I applied online to buy back my leased vehicle in 2019, my application was refused for reason that some doc was missing and there was no recourse to submit that doc after the fact. And they refused to reopen the loan app after I had found the doc the next day. So I said whatever to myself and got the loan approve within a week with another bank.[Second time] I applied online again just last week for another lease buy back and they approved my loan within a week. During this time, no loan disclosure docs explaining terms and interest rate etc were shared with me. I got a call yesterday asking me to sign the loan documents in this branch and when I ask the caller about the "missing" loan disclosure she said I could see it when I would go to the branch. When I insisted to look at the loan terms ahead of walking into the branch, she said "I could just verbally tell you now". I asked her "Just simply tell me the interest rate" and she gave me an outrageously high number. I immediately requested her to withdraw my loan app. Within hours I walked into another of their competition and got my loan approved the same day with a very attractive interest rate.Key Bank should definitely work on their Auto Loan process if they want to increase their presence in this business.

Horrible bank! Absolutely no customer service at all. The bank employees have no clue what's going on and can't give accurate information or contact information on anyone that can give accurate information. DO NOT USE THIS BANK! THEY ARE WORTHLESS!

I am sitting in the branch at 9:30 after making an appointment a before 3 days. The person whom I made the appointment is off(it is his usual day of off it seems as mentioned by lady in counter) and they did not help me at all.I have an appointment I made for time and the response I got was you can go to sunset branch.I am not sure what kind of a response was it?? Surprised at the customer response, very rude and not accommodating at all.No responsible behavior too. It takes customers some time to make it to your appointment. I am not sure if I want my money with you people. Sorry this is unfortunate, terrible or irresponsible.

I have been going here for 5 years now, and won't go anywhere else. The customer service is top notch and I am always greeted on a first name basis, these guys are great!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to share the most amazing experience ever. The Branch Manager, Marshall Chambers is absolutely hands down both genuine and helpful. He went above and beyond making sure to address my banking needs and provided quick resolution. This guy is a SUPER HERO!

I was treating with disrespected by this Keybank one associate (Ashley) was very rude and had nasty attitude. I never been treated in this way at any banks in my time. I was treated with discrimination cause I was different race I went to another area bank (Bank of West) in which I was treated like human being the staff were very nice and welcoming . I would never bank at Key bank again ?

I'd been a customer of this branch for nearly a decade. While seeking advice at the branch, the person consulting me made changes to my account without permission! Tons of issues with my billings started cropping up out of the blue (because I wasn't even aware of the changes) fees started piling in, but what hurt the most... My account with tons of exclusive grandfathered in options was obliterated. Phone support was unable to undo the damage and when I confronted the branch they gave a business week time-frame for it to be corrected. Of course, they never called me, and they treated me with increasing hostility; the cycle of me-calling-them because the problem wasn't corrected, with further and further set out deadline dates passing by... Excuses at first for why it wasn't corrected, then excuses for why they weren't even available to talk about it, saying things like "the only person who can talk to you about that" was "at lunch" or "on break" every single time, regardless of the hour. The issue was never corrected. I've moved on and will forever malign this company, especially this branch. A shame, considering the prior branch managers seemed to legitimately care. The service was steadily going downhill over the last year so I guess I should have seen this coming. This is clearly no longer the same business I signed up with.

Made an appointment but take forever to see a banker. Total waste time.
