They had some offer going on in the store on some specific items which includes shoes as well. So I bought 2 pairs of them thinking they will stick to the price mentioned on those boxes. But no, they didn't. When I went to check them out, they asked us to pay for the full price saying they cannot sell it at that given offer price. This felt completely unfair and rude to me. I dont understand why they even put them at offer price if they can't give them for the same price!??

I don't really understand the point of this store. Maybe I'm too young to see the point. It's like an expensive version of Amazon or Target or Walmart or Costco. This store never seems to have what you want for a price you are willing to pay for it, if they have it at all. I've been there a few times, it's always a waste of time and I leave disappointed.
There must be a point to this store, one that justifies it being here, I'll figure it out eventually, and edit this review, but at present, I have no idea. I can't figure out why you would go here or how this business stays afloat.
But I do see people enter and exit, so it's got customers, I just can't figure out why.

Employees were not friendly and never greeted or offer assistance. Very focused on task. The new CEO, ASHLEY needs to focus on customers service as well. I see the difference within the store layout looking better not so crowded with product

A STORE THAT HAS A VARIETY OF BRANDS IN THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS, ONLY SOME PRODUCTS DO NOT HAVE THE VISIBLE PRICE AND THIS MAKES THE CUSTOMER DOUBT.

The minute I walked in one of the workers started staring at me.Then as I was shopping she went over and started whispering with the other employees and not trying to hide the fact that they were talking about me. Lastly they started following me when I was shopping and started trying to talk to me when they already greeted me and asked if I needed anything when I first walked in. The whole experience made me so uncomfortable I put the clothes I was planning on buying back and left. I will never shop here while these employees are still working here.

Nice manager lady until I paid at the register and turned my back to hear derogatory remarks. You would think an educated woman would gossip after the customer left. I’m just glad my vicious girlfriend wasn’t there. Very unprofessional then again it is “Hillburrito”.

I've been a loyal customer at this location for over a year. Today, while shopping for clothing, I witnessed a man dressing a woman in a fitting room with the door wide open at the entrance. There was no attendant present.
I spoke to the female manager on duty, expressing my discomfort and concern for safety. She informed me that all their fitting rooms are gender neutral.
While I understand the policy, I feel that customers should dress in privacy.
I can dress myself all on my own so why do other women need their partners to dress them in a public fitting room? Perhaps they could consider purchasing their items and trying them on at home?
This experience made me feel uneasy and unwelcome. Unfortunately, due to this policy, I will no longer be shopping at Kohl's.
