Delicious and unusual flavors! We tried corn, horchata, passion fruit, guava, vanilla, and bubble gum. Delectable. And it was so hard to choose, given that they had about 20 flavors of ice cream and another 20 flavors of popsicles. Service was very friendly. We'll be back!

The creaminest most wonderful ice cream. It melts in your mouth. Literally. The bars are creamy and individually wrapped by hand. Many flavors unique and traditional. The gal that works there is kind and very helpful.Parking is behind the shops.

I had a hankering for a paleta and didn't feel like driving across town to our usual place. This happened to show up on the map and so I stopped by.It's a small storefront in a strip mall right on 10th. Park in the back then walk around to the front of the building. It's a small space, definitely the definition of hole in the wall! There's a poster of the paleta flavors on the left when you walk in, then some drink and ice cream menus on the walls. Place was devoid of people - I was with a friend and after some conversation with them, someone must of heard us and came out front from the back. I had a mango paleta while my friend had an avocado. My fruit paleta was half the size of the avocado one! :( But the flavor was good and mango was tasty. My friend says the avocado was also delicious and not overly sweet (good thing!).

Was really exited when I saw this, they have the best Mexican snacks and mangoniadas!!! Small place no more then 5 people because of COVID. You can't go wrong with anything here. I had the avocado popsicle it was delicious. They also have many other amazing flavors. If you end up going have some patients just one person working but still got everything we ordered done quick, and had a small line out the door.

Wonderful service, and sweet service from the employee. It's ultimately a hole in the wall ice cream spot with authentic Mexican ice cream and paletas. They make everything in house, and we loved how there are mini paletas for our daughter. My favorite is the Oreo

I'm back in Hillsboro, fully vaccinated and having some long-awaited time with the family. There was a heat spell during my visit, and one of the nieces suggested ice cream. However, last year, we'd had a terrible experience at what we thought was the only ice cream place in the neighborhood. Apparently, the gun-toting owner doesn't think much of his neighbors and felt the need to share his thoughts about Hillsboro protesting the killing of George Floyd -- who you may recall was suffocated to death by a Minneapolis police officer who was later convicted of Floyd's murder. The ice cream man thought this was OK, and also encouraged customers to sign a petition to recall Oregon's governor. He and his friends must be suffering from dementia, because they can't seem to recall Kate Brown no matter what they do. But my niece informed me that they'd started going to a new place across the street. Right between Ochoa's and Pepper's, in a shopping plaza selling phones, money transfers, and quinceanera dresses, was this lovely little neveria and palateria. We have shops that sell paletas back east, but the mango in the ice pops at this one tasted super fresh. My nieces went with ice cream, and opted for colorful, fruity varieties that they hadn't had at other places in town. The owners and workers were incredibly sweet -- and awfully kind to put up with my pidgin Spanish -- and encouraged us to take some paletas home with us. We picked away at them for the rest of the week. There's an old adage out there: You lure more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. My family and I are done going to camo-clad, sidearm-wielding, politically disgruntled vinegar traps to get frozen dessert. From now on, we'll go for the honey at Michoacana right across the street. Judging by the vibrant, thriving neighborhood around it, the honey will long outlast the vinegar anyway.
