“Nice and clean. I go there every week and if a machine is down one week, it is well marked and it is fixed the next time I visit. I really don't like laundromats, but I can trust the machines here, and I can see it is regularly cleaned and maintained, so it makes my visits here much nicer. Good job!”
“Been going here off & on for years. I've never had a problem here. For the most part everything has been satisfactory.
Reason I gave 4 stars is because the soap dispensers for wash machines never seem to get cleaned out & become gooped up, which isn't a very pleasant sight.
Also, I have been locked out while in the process of trying to remove my clean laundry & then couldn't get back in. Had to wait til the following morning. Sign says they're open til 11 or 11:30pm but door locked around 10:25pm & lights dimmed quite low.
The staff that I have seen there or have had contact with have always been very friendly & kind. ?”
“I did my laundry, there were a lot of out of order machines but not all were clearly labeled. At one point I loaded the machine next to the other one I needed and when I closed the door it had a concealed out of order sign folded up and out of sight that layed down as the wind from closing it caught the edge of it. Fortunately I had not added soap and the machine on the other side was empty and working. It cost me 90 seconds. It was nice it was only being used by a few others, no-one inside, and 2 in their separate cars reading. The availability of wheeled hampers was a delight and why it only cost me 90 seconds instead of 120. Saved those 30 seconds transferring to 2 of the numerous oversized dryers. Reasonably priced and good location for my circumstances having damage repaired in my utility room for an extended period of time.”
