I love shopping here, every time I come here. I'm always able to get customer service right away. When I find somebody. The store is always well stocked. I never have any issues. This is a great store and the employees are awesome. Never haven't been to such an awesome Home improvement store.

We purchased a dishwasher a couple of weeks ago and paid for installation at Lowe's. We were supposed to have it installed a week ago. The installer had confusion about picking up our dishwasher from the Hillsboro Lowe's and canceled installation for us that day, past the scheduled installation time (and after my husband took work off to be home for the installation).
When I spoke to the installation department at Lowe's, she contacted the installer and explained what he should have done. It was too late by then for the installer to come back (according to to what he told the person at Lowe's).
The installation was rescheduled for this morning. We got contacted by them this morning that there was a scheduling conflict and they would have to cancel again. When speaking to the scheduler, she said we could reschedule for next Monday, but installation for then isn't guaranteed.
We ended up canceling our purchase and installation through Lowe's, and went with a local store for our purchase that has a good history of installation.
We did not know about CRST Home Solutions being the one that Lowe's uses for installation in homes. We did a search and others have had similar experiences. CRST is only rated 1.5 by customers.
So if purchasing for installation from Lowe's, please check who they're having for installation. We've never had an experience like this and we don't want anyone else to experience what we had happen either.

The employee helping us there was really nice, and he helped us connect with a seasonal manager, who helped us better understand what product we would need for our home, so it was nice to get more information about ductless versus ducted, heat pumps, and I would also go back there if I needed to do some price matching with Home Depot, as well.

Got paint so I can paint my dresser it was very easy for them to color match the paint and make it the shade I wanted. Dresser came out really nice.
