Made a purchase during Black Friday. Item was not in stock, fine. They said I can pick it up on a specific date. Arrived on the date indicated, item not available. It hasn't been unpacked yet from the truck and I was told to return the next day. Would have been nice to know that before taking all the trouble to commute to this location. Many other customers complain about their lack of communication.

I mean it's Best Buy. I'm spoiled, I don't want to wait in lines. I especially don't like lines for an online order pickup. I literally never have my physical ID on me unless I am going to a liquor store (OLCC regulations,) and had the order pickup guy telling me that "you need a physical ID to pickup an order. I'll let it slide this time." Like he's so important. He was just kind of rude and snarky about it and I was not in the mood to wait. I'd have ordered from Amazon if I had time to wait on the item but it was for a birthday party.

Went into Best Buy today to have help with my Fitbit band replacement. I was greeted by the kindest girl at the front who helped me with half of it. She then passed me along to this delightful young man, named Angel, who took so much time, trying to help me by putting the band together. It's a very tricky band, so I asked Angel if there was anyone else who could help. He said that Graham, who was standing right there, was the best there was. I asked Graham if he could help. He reached for the band fixed it handed it back to me saying nothing. So I asked him did you get it? He said nothing. So I asked AGAIN did you fix it? He said I don't know very flippantly and turned his head away from my direction. Suffice it to say, I ended up contacting the manager and chatting with Angel, Graham and the manager to discuss Graham's abhorrent behavior to me as a customer. Customer service is gone in 2023, but to be completely dismissed and ignored as a customer and spoken so rudely to and treated so horribly, is not gonna fly with me! Graham, DO BETTER!!!!!

This may seem trivial but not really in this darn age with so many germs,viruses! I have been to geek squad 3x in last two weeks. I mentioned it all 3 x that the credit card customer machine with buttons on their counter needed to be cleaned as it's FILTHY, no one did anything it's still disgusting,don't want to touch it and won't. Managment do something please!

My first visit to Best Buy in the Oregon area. Our customer service rep was above and beyond his call of customer duty. He guided us through what I needed was a dell power cord and he recommended Best Buy's brand insignia, which apparently works as powerful as an original dell, laptop, power, cord And provided me with abundance information of the difference between the products. I have never had the service here in my neighborhood in San Francisco so now if I'm in the Oregon area, I will surely come back to Best Buy.

Went in for a replacement router and received good service and was a good value. I like Best Buy - never had an issue with them.

I came in for some late black Friday shopping. As expected most of door busters were gone, but I was able to get a pink ps5 controller for cheap, so I was satisfied. The store was only slightly busier than normal, I didn't want to go with all those people in store.

This is the worst Best Buy I've ever been to and probably the worst retail experience I've ever had. Made me wait 2 hours to tell me they couldn't help me. refused to answer any questions prior. The cell phone manager acted like it was my fault when I showed frustration. I've literally worked at a different Best Buy and am very surprised they allow such awful customer service, looking at other reviews of this store I'm not alone though. Go literally anywhere else.

Worst experience ever with any retailer! Never coming back! I ordered a microwave combination wall oven and delivery installation became a joke! canceling installation 3 times, showing up damaged, uncooperative delivery service, and much more. Highly frustrating and still work not done, The Latest; We canceled delivery as they could not load on the truck!!! Canceled the order finally after 2 months' wait!!! Wasted 4 days waiting for delivery in 2 months!!!

I work in IT and I've been purchasing my laptops from Best Buy for around a decade, though out several states, and multiple store in those states. This has, by far, been the worst store to deal with when having to deal with management and the some of the regular employees. My laptop started the BSOD routine and I took it in. Trevor (GREAT guy) fired it up and the PC froze immediately. I told him the error codes and he said we should just get your replacement. He walked me over to the register and the gentlemen started to issue the refund until Trevor left. Then, magically, it didn't work out right. He asked for a manager who started to help, then had to get another manager. This woman looked at was happening and decided to tell me I was misinformed, this wasn't the process, and needed to go to the geek squad counter. That's where I started and I told her that and instead of apologizing for the confusion, she felt the need to infer it was my fault.

I don't go to Best Buy often but I looked online and found the Apple Watch I've been wanting- and at a better price than Amazon. I walked right in- found a guy to go grab what I wanted- checked out and went home. The guy I talked to was great. I would shop here again- just do your research before you go!

This crappy geek squads techs just turned me away when I explained my problem. Because my laptop was 4+ years old, to them was pretty much an useless repair, and turned my money down. Please don't support this business if you have half a brain.

Horrible business practices. They sell defective merchandise and refuse to stand behind it. The people who work there are entitled brats! I've walked in and left empty handed cuz the workers were literally playing hacke sack in the back area. Walmart, Costco, and Fred Meyer have just as much to offer with good customer service and better policies ( not to mention prices).

I have been having issues with a remote start that I purchased at best buy and I have been told by best buy from a "Sam" that they can not do anything for me that I need to contact the manufacturer when I have been dealing with this issue since I purchased the remote start from best buy... not shopping at bestbuy anymore they don't stand behind the product they sell

I just went in to test a few phones. It was rather empty and they had the phones I wanted to explore. Glad they were updated unlike the other store I went to so I could really see which phone was the one I was going to get. They had extra masks, wipes, and sanitizer around the area so I felt safe to try the devices. I was glad no one came to check on us or forced us into anything because again, I was there just to test out phones. They never did in the past but you know some places people will constantly ask, budge, and kind of be annoying. None of that here! P.S. Yelp says they open at 10am and Google says it opens at 11am. Which one is it? I almost didn't go to Best Buy because it opened so late (I looked at Google's time).
