I purchased a foot product the other day, and I did not notice that it had been previously opened and used until I got home because it was well wrapped with a big clear tape. And I was in a hurry when I purchased it, and I did not look carefully. Some of the parts were missing too, and there was someone's skin callus remover, which was gross. I did not open the package and tried to return it the next day. Unfortunately, the cashier refused to return the item, and she said we can’t return a used item, and I asked her about the store manager, and the store manager glanced at it and said nope immediately. I tried to explain to them that I bought the item the way it is and I didn't open the item. The manager did not say a word and walked away, and the cashier refused to return it again. I don’t understand why they would resell a used item that is missing parts in the first place, especially a foot callus remover that can spread disease.

so rude ! Asked if a kuromi chair was in stock, I was immediately hit with “it’s first come first serve im not gonna tell you our stock on that.” Funny because I called the exact same store LAST WEEK for the same product with a different response. I’m no longer supporting this location.

The only problem l have with Marshall's is they put too many clothes on rack and toy have to constantly push them to try and look at them. My arm gets tired from pushing and not a nice comfortable experience.

The store manager was rude to the customer, she didn't even know the brands sold in the store. I went to the store to return a T-shirt from the brand (Vince), the price of this product is $49, she told me how this T-shirt for $49 should be a maximum of $12... I actually wonder because this is the first time this situation has happened to me, and the strangest thing is From that store manager is someone like that, I don't recommend this store at all, I don't know how this stupid manager works in this store..........

Literal worst customer service. Congrats you managed to make someone uncomfortable while shopping! These employees were the worst I've encountered. The manager was magically no where to be found. Walked around the store for about 30 minutes and decided that they weren't going to help. The customers were clearly talking bad and throwing looks even though all I wanted was to talk to whom told me I could return my items. But once again amazing job at creating a hostile environment!
