Noble Hop offers a great beer selection with fresh options on tap, including sours and a changing menu. Bring your own munchies... Noble Hop has a very limited number of snacks, but some great Brews on Tap. We enjoyed visiting and enjoyed a few Brews. Nice little place in downtown Hillsboro. Also has a decent small selection of Bottled Beers as well.

Stopped in for a beer, nice place! They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and like the vibe of both. There was a rep from Obelisk Beer Co giving out free samples of IPA (really sweet, light IPA by the way, loved it!)

Great place to get a beer. Beertenders are lovely. There's always a good variety of beers.
