Orenco area is a well planned walkable area. I've noticed that the plaza is beginning to run down a bit. Landscaping isn't being taken care of, etc. Hope this is just a pandemic thing and not an inevitable decline.

I enjoy the concept of a terrace for restaurants to use as additional seating, particularly in this time of COVID contagion. I do not enjoy the cars speeding around. They're noisy and they detract from what might be a good ambiance. I understand that this may have been intended as a way to drop people off to ride the train, but it is not the practice of these drivers to bring commuters to the Max.
