I'm going to have to start using a different location or business. I pay way too much every month to tan a few times, and half the time, I have to leave because the wait to ne checked in is so long. Just spent 15 minutes waiting to be checked in and the same 3 people that were ahead of me were still waiting when I left.

Vivian is always helpful, knowledgeable, and greets me with a great big smile. Positive vibes are contagious! With staff like that in a nice, clean, well-managed store, how could you go wrong?

Negligent customer care has left me insanely frustrated. After two months of consistently tanning in the Platinum beds, I was informed that these beds "wouldn't do anything for my skin" and that I was "just getting warm". This was beyond negligent in the care of their customers.I explained my situation and asked if there was anything they could do. The response was that they "couldn't provide a refund or credit to my account because [I had] been consistently using the Platinum beds". However, this was the very reason I was asking for help. They had failed to educate me, notice my lack of progress, or even mention it.Instead of taking responsibility, she disregarded the reason for my frustration and tried to upsell me to pay for an upgrade. I feel taken advantage of and manipulated by this entire experience.

The young lady that was working was very nice. Gave me a great deal. Beds were awesome.

I am probably going to unfreeze and cancel. My debit card was lost / stolen and they are refusing to credit back the rejection fee. It was NOT an overdraft rejection.This is very petty business practice.Service: Sunbed tanning

As good as you can expect. If their busy sometimes you may have to wait but that just life. Staff is always friendly and try their best to accommodate everyone. The only thing I can complain about is the phone, sometimes it's almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone. I'm sure it's because they have their hands full though.Service: Tanning

I got a deal 14.95 month for unlimited tanning. Ask about there internet special for 14.95 a mo. They dont tell u about it. U have to mention it.

Writing this as I stand outside in the cold wondering where the hell the employees are. They open at 9, it's 9:20 and the doors are locked and there's nobody here. I tried calling to see if someone was maybe in the back and would come up to answer the phone. Nope. Nobody. Lights are on though. On top of this, last time I was here I tried to tell them I wanted to change my membership from platinum to gold. They told me to wait until just before the cut off or I wouldn't be able to use the platinum beds. I had just finished explaining the reason I wanted to change the membership was because I didn't like the platinum beds and had no interest in using them anymore. The misters in them smell weird and the music is crazy loud even on the lowest setting. Worst place I've ever tanned. Sadly, it's one of the only places in town. Will be canceling my membership and going literally anywhere else. Pretty pissed today is the cut off day before being charged for another month and there's nobody here to cancel it for me now.

Horrible experience. Breanna didn't know anything and quoted like 6 different prices for the same thing. When I came in I told it was my first time and asked if she can turn off the face tanner in the bed and she said she doesn't "think" it does that and said I can put a towel on my face. I told her a towel doesn't protect it from the rays and she agreed and says she also tells everyone that. (?) After getting A tan in the tanning bed, I was supposed to get a spray tan so I come back out into the main area and she said she can't find my account even though she just made me my account 10 minutes prior. I had already signed and given her my card about 3 times. She didn't remember my name and I had to say it and spell it about four times throughout my experience. There was a line of people behind me and everybody was just frustrated. She said she couldn't tan me because she couldn't find my account and I asked for a refund and she said she couldn't give me a refund. I asked for the managers phone number so I can call tomorrow and she said she can't give out personal information like that. What kind of business is this?
